HOTEL REPOSE

It's so convenient and a 2 min walk to my place of work. They have good internet and the kitchen supplies decent food. The staff is always helpful and cheerful. The rooms are neat, clean, comfortable and well maintained. Looking forward to my next visit.

The hotel's location is good but it's situated at 3rd floor so overall it was satisfactory. The room service was commendable and staff behaved nicely. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed, blanket, pillows were comfortable with adequate complementary water and nice open view from balcony. However, there are areas for improvement. Amenities and complimentary breakfast need attention. The hotel lacks directions on the ground floor, leading to confusion. Looking at their board on 2nd floor from outside, at first we just went to 2nd floor but two other hotels were situated at that floor. Hotel being on 3rd floor, either you have to carry your luggage to 3rd floor on your own or a person from your side has to go to the reception on 3rd floor and can request them to bring the luggage. I am not sure that whether they provide such facility or not as we opted for the first option. Welcoming gestures, room aroma, bathroom ventilation and bed preparation were missing. Essential items like an electric kettle, sachets of complementary items (coffee, sugar, milk powder etc.) saucers, hand towels, separate bath towels, curtain or separator for bathing area and charging sockets near both sides of the bed were missing. The complementary breakfast, though served in the room, offered limited choices - a Veg Grilled Sandwich and a Mix Paratha made of refined floor with a small bowl of curd which we mostly use for pickles and chutneys. This is what we get in breakfast in total per room. The portion sizes, especially for tea, were unexpectedly low. We ordered 2 teas for us expecting that 1 tea would be of 100 ml as mentioned in menu but they sent only 1 tea of 100 ml with 2 cups. Hotels of this price bracket also offer fruits, juices, corn flakes, bakery items, South Indian, Gujrati dishes with bread-butter / jam options. There is no option for diet conscious person or patient who doesn't want to eat refined floor. They don't offer healthy breakfast options like fruits and juices even on chargeable basis. Restaurants near the hotel are KFC and other fast food corners so no healthy food is available at outside also. After my stay at dozens of 3-5 star hotels in Ahmedabad during past 1 year, this hotel seemed to cut costs in various aspects, despite a relatively high tariff for its location considering its offering and star rating as this is a 2 star hotel only. At a price around Rs. 3500 including taxes for 1 room per night, either they should improve or reduce tariffs. People who didn't try other hotels of the locality may find this hotel excellent. Young / single person travelling for a night can consider this hotel. Summarising everything - Despite the overall stay being acceptable, there's a significant room for improvement.

This hotel have review is good in Google i surely believe this is very wrong reviews creation. I am facing very multiple problems with Mr. Ishwar (Manager) 1. Room is very bad and small also. 2. Inside room like feeling like desi. 3. In side hotel the guest are in lobby walking through with Gaanji and strongly not suggested with family. Mr. Ishwar check camera on 25 night the guest are walking in Gaanji & luungi it look like no rules in hotel family are not comfortable. 4. They have no respect with guests uf we are suggesting something they told take refund and go so then after that time we are helpless. 5. Last but not they give hot water after 6 am clock this is very bad There is also many more points to not going this hotel and face Mr. Ishwar. They also not worried about this review.

Amazing stay at affordable price. Clean hygienic rooms with good odour. Delux rooms have low price and executive have little high price (next day's breakfast included in executive). Staff is very polite and manager also behave nicely. Breakfast quality was good and more than sufficient (Don't have experience of lunch and dinner). Suggestion: Hotel can give breakfast menu(items guest can order for free) to executive guest in advance. So that every guest don't require to call and ask for the available items. Overall good experience!

Primary location, cozy room. Eggeterian canteen, tasty food

Location is very posh and easy to locate the hotel. The rooms are very good with almost all modern facilities. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Availability of cabs are very good.Many adjoining food joints like KFC, CCD, SUBWAY are there in the same building, so fooding won't be a problem. The only con I would like to mention is the complementary breakfast which seems to me just snacks not breakfast, so would like them to improve that. But overall a good budget option in Prahlad Nagar.

Hotel location was really nice but the reception person was rude. All the rooms have connecting balcony and someone tried to break into my room in middle of the night. There is no security or camera in this space to prevent this kind of situation.

For thia hotel 1 star is also too much i have to give minuse marking, room are not good, I am booked for three days but check out in only one day and shift to other hotel. Compari to price hotel are not good. Highly not recommended this hotel.
