The rooms were decent size. Air conditioner was good. Breakfast was also pretty good. The toilets need a good clean. Warm water was iffy. They charge normal for bottled water. Service was pretty good and quick. I would not call it 3 star though

"Best place to stay in the city!" I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Apart from Location, nothing is good. All above 5 star and positive ratings are fake or paid. This is nothing but Dharmashala. No toilet paper, no restaurant, no bed tea. In the morning you will get one katora in hand as a breakfast, you have to eat it within the room. Each day you get only one soap cake which is smaller than match box :-) . First day I had to convince them that toilet role is an essential thing and they have to provide it. When I asked them for dry-Clean, they returned my cloths hand washed that also scrambled, They even don't know how to handle pressed clothes.

Everything is very bad. Staff doesn't listen half the things, managers don't take responsibility of half the things. We left the plates and left without eating food. No help from staff. Some people seems drunk or maybe stupid. Lift stopped half the times. Only good thing about it is location which will help you leave and find better plaes nearby.

We stayed from 24 Nov to 1 Dec in two batches.. The bathrooms are sad.. First batch, both our rooms were dusty, second batch, both rooms were slightly better. We stayed there as we came for a wedding and many on our floor were staying for the same reason... Either wedding or some exams... Overall I would say that beds are comfy.. Location is good.. If staying for just crashing at night, its a value for money place

Horrible service. It's 12 in the night, and we are here after booking the rooms. The team on ground is blaming the marketing team and the marketing team is no where to be found. Also, the marketing team is want to find them and shake them, they did not confirm the bookings and also did not tell us the truth about lifts not working. And then when we called, we were told not to disturb their sleep! The lifts are not working and they expect elderly to just climb up the stairs that are not at all comfortable. The owner is the worst, when we got on a call he spoke very rudely and again blamed it on the marketing team. No ownership! Horrible humans to deal with and also the rooms are not at all decent. Also, they are pressuring us as we are women and it's 12.

Really bad place to be. I had to book for my guest for marriage and it became a really embarrassing experience. Bad food, bad service from staff. No hospitality. Only one life is there which doesn't work. Wouldn't recommend even to my enemies.

We stayed here for Coldplay concert. Price was jackedup but service is good. They have a simple bf as well on roof. Roof is really good, do try rooftop. I forgot my laptop charger in hotel..they called me and coordinated to send the charger to me through uber moto.
