We booked this hotel through MMT, but when we arrived, the staff informed us that no room was available and asked us to wait for more than an hour. After we finally checked in, we discovered that there was no running water. When we raised this issue, the staff casually mentioned that the entire complex was facing a water outage until the next day. I asked to cancel the booking, and suddenly they said they could provide water "for some time," which was clearly just a temporary and unreliable fix. I had no choice but to check into another hotel.
