Receptionist and staff is not good my room ac is not work when am face the problem so am said receptionist so he said sorry sir Please don't book the hotel receptionist extra charge taken

The room was very untidy. Even the bed was unpleasant and when asked to change the bedsheet and pillow covers, even those had awful smell and contained hairs and stains on them. Bathroom was terribly foul-smelling and had mosquitoes all over the commode toilet. Breakfast was included in our package, still the management did not agree to provide us. We booked this hotel for 2 nights, but after looking at the bad condition, we wanted to check out after a night. But, they refused to pay back to us for the other night. I personally do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel !

Rooms are good but wifi works at quite low speed. Even size of geyser is very small, hence less quantity of warm water is available at one time. Even the parking space is an issue... My two wheeler seat cover for damaged in the parking

Worst hotel i have ever lived in. No room service at all. Water fills after shower in bathroom. No breakfast given which was promised. Tv was not working. Rooms were uncleaned. And most importantly...they make noise in night. I couldn't sleep at all. I booked for 2 days. I had to left in one. Without refund. Better sleep on road than this hotel. I want refund if anyone can make it happen. I left one day ago. Booked for 2 days.

When went for advanced booking rooms and bathrooms were not clean and water dripping in bathrooms. Due to some reason I had to cancel the booking and inform them 24 hour before but still they simply said "NO" For any return!! Actually booking staff and service staff looked and experienced very very rude and inexperienced. Never suggest anyone to stay there.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE. I booked this hotel for 2 nights and I was disappointed right after entering the room. The floor was not clean. I could see someone walked with vet feet. The bed was made but bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty and smelly as hell. The bathroom was full of flies and unbarebale bad odor. I asked management to move me into another room but they refused because they were full. They were kind enough to clean my room and change bedsheets but the bathroom smell was still unbearable. Unfortunately I had to cancel my 2nd day's booking and leave because of this bad experience.

Do not go for this hotel. There was a rat in my room and when I asked the staff to provide me another room they refused saying rat will not harm you. Terrible experience and waste of hard earned money.
