Hotel Monville Maninagar

Worst stay ever. Deserves negative ratings if possible. Rooms are nothing like they show in pics. They proudly display a photo frame of makemytrip rating of 4.2 at their reception. Rooms, bathrooms, bed covers all were dirty and stinking. Avoid this hotel at any cost.

Location good but close to railway crossing so entire day night train sound is there Secondly amenities like water heater not working TV not working and cleaning is issues

Very bad rooms. Cockroaches were all over the bed and washroom. We did not even stay for a night, instead we searched other hotel and shifted there.

DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL , WASTING IF YOUR VALUABLE MONEY I wish it was possible give a less then one Star Totally fake reviews I spend 3 days here only for night rest full day I was outside with my family Room was full of cockroach & dirty smell was coming out Bed was very dirty no cleanliness at all, no hot water in the bathroom geysers were not working, service was also very slow

Amazing hotel service is good

**Don't go to this hotel- probably fake reviews** I wish it was possible to give a minus star. We had to check out a few hours after checking in. The staff was terrible. When we arrived we had to wake up the hotel manager to check in. After we entered the room, the bed was dirty and full of hairs. When we called one of the staff he just threw them away with his hand and we had to ask to change the sheets which were also disgusting! The toilet was broken, I couldn't sit on it, and there was no option to flush the water. We received a bottle of water that was already open (probably filled with water from the tap in a bottle of mineral water). We were so disgusted with the room and the attitude of the staff that we had to take a night bus that night. The manager of the hotel didn't care that we ran away that day and asked for the full amount of money.

I hope people don't fall for the ratings which are artificially created. Just going to state some facts: - There is no proper entrance to this place, but even if it is ignored since it is not in their hands, considering the stay is on the 3rd floor, the entire way towards the room, including the lift, was very dirty. - Although the rooms were bearable, the washroom and linens were not clean. Once requested, they did the bare minimum to clean/change the room. - You don't get packaged drinking water. - The ambience is shady, noisy and uncomfortable. - Helpers/Front desks are helpful to a certain extent, but hard to appreciate since they are the ones responsible for questionable hospitality and problems to begin with. In the current state, I won't recommend it to anyone coming with family.

Located opposite to Maninagar Railway Station, on the 3rd floor of a commercial complex. Staff is attentive. Rooms are not sound proofed hence the noise of the trains will add to your irritation. They can improve on cleanliness. Food service is not available.
