We visited the hotel during the family get-together event. The location of the hotel is in Ahmedabad City center. They have multiple options for rooms as per the number of guests. The rooms and washroom were clean and value for money. The TV , AC , and water heater were all good. The staff of the hotel was friendly and helpful. Ahemdabad Junction is around 6k.m. from the hotel. Food is good.

Our recent stay at Hotel Maan Residency was a complete and utter disappointment. We booked multiple rooms, and it seemed like every single one had something wrong with it. We found leaking taps, TVs that didn't work, and exhaust fans that were broken. To make things worse, several rooms were missing hangers, and in the cold weather, we couldn't even make a hot drink or take a warm bath because the kettles and heaters were broken! It was unbelievable. We tried calling the front desk for help, but no one ever answered. When we finally managed to track down an attendant, they were either unable to fix the problems or took forever to come. On top of all that, the old lift was painfully slow, and the stairs were a safety hazard with sharp edges and low ceilings. Honestly, it felt like the hotel just didn't care about its guests. To top it all off, when we complained during checkout, the staff didn't even seem to care. They didn't bother writing anything down or even acknowledge the problems. We definitely won't be staying here again, and we strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

I had booked rooms for senior citizens, but they were allotted on the 4th floor, and the lift was not working. The management expected them to climb four floors, which was highly inconvenient and unacceptable.

Top tier service, friendly staff, very calm atmosphere. Yes the place is very narrow and rooms are big enough not too big. Food is awesome.

My parents stayed here. The service is deplorable. The rooms are dirty. Since it was last minute, had to take it. DO NOT GO HERE, If you prefer neat rooms and better service.

Good rooms, good food, very nice staff! Breakfast is also good! Ankit and vishal both are the very good staff.

Pathetic behaviour by Dashrath at reception We made booking for 2 , a guest came early morning , asked extra charges for the same. Asked to clean the room said he doesn't have manpower. No complementary water bottle which even basic hotel gives , unclean washrooms , only asking for unnecessary money. Not at all worth staying. Lift also not working , mirror is painted, no dental kit Don't ever entertain this hotel even at 500 rs

Food was not good ... I feel taste of chatni like it's been expired.... And toilets were not clean properly
