Terrible Experience - Unsafe for Women The owner of the hotel is extremely rude and lacks basic manners, especially when speaking to women. We had booked the hotel in advance and paid online, but when we arrived, the entire complex was empty. It was just the three of us (women) and the hotel staff, which made us feel very unsafe. The hotel is located on the 4th floor, in a secluded area, which is not suitable for women. We only needed a 4-hour stay because we didn't feel comfortable staying overnight due to the situation. However, the owner refused to cooperate and insisted we pay for a full day, even though we were checking in at 6 PM and had already paid in advance. The owner was unprofessional and dismissive. We decided to leave immediately, losing our advance payment. Honestly, this place is not safe for women. My advice to anyone, especially women, is to personally visit and check the location and safety of the hotel before booking.
