Hotel Kinara

There are much better and economical hotels in the vicinity. Location: Near a mosque, risky as it gets dangerous/shady post 10pm. Not at all recommended if you are from a decent family and if you are traveling with family. It is in the old city but you can get better hotels on Ashram road which is quite close to the city or you can try Air bnb. Staff: Friendly but suspicious. Rooms: Small, not clean, and definitely not a 3 star category. It is a self proclaimed 3 star. I would say it is an upgraded motel. I think they also hide cameras. The toiletries provided are also sub standard. Breakfast: Just check where they prepare it and you would know the hygiene. If you are a cleanliness freak please don't visit. Not sure how they got a 3.9 star definitely lot of fake reviews.

Nice hotel, budget friendly price with good and attentive staff. Cleanliness maintained. Great location not far from many of the important and famous places.

1. The location of the next to the mosque and dangerous area, the auto drivers warn us in advance. Visiting the place with ladies , one should be mindful. 2. When we book online in front of them they ask us for the app and increase the price immediately. 3. Found lizard in the room. 4. When we book online they fool us by saying you have booked a standard room and give a compact room

A decent hotel in a budget price. The plus point was the cleanliness maintained. The service offered was satisfactory. The staff was professional and helpful. The location may be a little crowded but it is close to many of the sight seeing points for tourists.

We got food poisoning very badly by eating at Kinara room service. Me and my wife order a dish name Paneer together with bread and 2 ice cream at 9:00pm evening. Around 00:30 midnight i wake up and got diarrhea and vomiting for 3 time. I thought it will get better but around 3:00am the diarrhea and vomiting are coming back, plus with fever. There nothing left in my body but it still keep vomiting!! Around 6:30am still got diarrhea till check out time. Luckily we always bring many medicines while travelling so the situation is getting better slowly, but my body feel very tired, dizzy and my lung & stomach are getting hurt, no sleep at all. My wife have the same situation as me but more worse because she got the sickness for 2 days not even finish while i writting this review (i am feeling 90% better now). This is the first time i write a 1 star review for a hotel. And first time i got food poisoning while travelling.

The location of the hotel and the area around it is very bad. It's all dirty and situated in an unsafe location. Undesirable location for any hotel. I would suggest everyone to book a hotel in New Ahemdabad, west side of the Sabaramati River. There are good hotels near Sabarmati river for an average price of 2000-2500 only. The price is justified for the location difference. The hotel in itself is good and has nice rooms but the area in which it is located is horrible.

Disappointing Experience at Hotel Kinara - Misleading Information & No Support from Goibibo||I recently booked Hotel Kinara through Goibibo for my bike trip from Mumbai to Ahmedabad. The hotel is listed as a 3-star property, and nowhere on Goibibo does it mention that they lack parking facilities. Given that parking is a basic necessity for a hotel of this category, I assumed it would be available.||Upon arrival, my group of 5 bikers was shocked to learn that the hotel had no parking and was advised to park our bikes on the narrow main road in front of the hotel. This was highly unsafe, and we were extremely disappointed after an exhausting ride.||We immediately contacted Goibibo, requesting a cancellation and refund due to this critical missing information. However, the hotel declined our refund request, stating that they never claimed to have parking in the first place. This is a misleading omission, as most travelers would assume a 3-star hotel provides parking. Goibibo was equally unhelpful, refusing to assist in resolving the issue.||We had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, which added unnecessary stress and expenses to our journey. A responsible hotel should at least be transparent about its facilities, and a responsible booking platform should protect its customers from such misleading listings.||If you are a biker or traveling by vehicle, avoid Hotel Kinara at all costs. Goibibo should also improve its service and ensure transparency in hotel listings to prevent such unpleasant experiences.

Terrible Experience at Hotel Kinnara, Ahmedabad - No Parking & No Support from Goibibo We rode all the way from Mumbai to Ahmedabad and booked our stay at Hotel Kinnara, which was listed as a 3-star hotel. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to find that there was no parking at all! The staff casually told us to park our vehicle on the narrow road outside, where barely any space was available, and other bikes were already congesting the area. We booked this hotel assuming that a so-called 3-star property would have basic amenities like parking, but it turned out to be completely misleading. To make things worse, Goibibo provided zero support when we reached out for help. We were left stranded in the dark and had to scramble to find and book another hotel at the last moment. If you are traveling with your personal vehicle, avoid Hotel Kinnara at all costs. They are scamming people with false claims, and Goibibo is doing nothing to address such issues. Stay away!
