It's a value-for-money budget hotel. And one must expect services accordingly. A comfortable stay for a family. Rooms are spacious, room service is prompt. Bathrooms are good and clean. There's no in-house restaurant/buffet breakfast, but they do serve breakfast in the room. A budget option in a busy , accessible area.

Extremely Frustrating Stay - I recently stayed at Fun Residency, and my experience was utterly disappointing. From the moment I entered my room, I encountered cockroaches. It was alarming to find these pests in what is supposed to be a clean and safe environment. The condition of the washroom was appalling. It was dirty and showed clear signs of neglect, making it difficult to use and uncomfortable overall. Additionally, the phone in the room didn't work at all, leaving me unable to reach out for any assistance when needed. To add insult to injury, the towels provided were torn and not at all inviting. Security was also a concern, as the main door lock was broken. I felt uneasy knowing that I couldn't securely lock my room during my stay. To my horror, I discovered used condoms left behind in the room, a blatant sign that the cleaning service was severely lacking. The bed sheets appeared to be unchanged, and I hesitated to use them due to visible stains. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority in this establishment. Despite my requests to change rooms made to the receptionist yesterday, I was ignored, and no efforts were made to accommodate me. This lack of attention and care from the staff was incredibly frustrating. Overall, my experience at this hotel has been far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and strongly advise potential guests to think twice before booking here.

Neat and clean budget hotel...Rooms were spacious and clean as compared to a few other hotels for same price in surrounding area. Breakfast options were too limited and lack of restaurant or proper dining space was a issue . Ground floor rooms facing adjacent mall parking entry r a bit noisy at times
