Hotel Elysian Residency

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Elysian Residency, Shahibag, Ahmedabad and would highly recommend it! The hotel is centrally located, just a short distance from the BAPS Swaminarayan Temple, and easily accessible from both the airport and Kalupur Railway Station. The property is very neat, clean, and conveniently located right on the main road, making it easy to find. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, equipped with all the essentials like a hair dryer, air conditioning, LED TV, study table, and amenity kits. I booked my stay through **MakeMyTrip, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. The pricing is very reasonable for the comfort and service provided -- truly great value for money. They also have a pure veg restaurant on-site, which is a big plus. Overall, a fantastic experience with professional service and excellent facilities. I'll definitely stay here again! Need to improve: They need to remove dirty spots from the small sofa placed in the room.

From the moment I walked in the Hotel Elysian Residency, I was greeted with smiles and exceptional service that lasted throughout my entire 4 days stay. The check in process was seamless. The room itself was immaculate-spacious, modern & comfortable. The bathroom was well maintained and spotless. The breakfast was buffet with all options. The hotel's location was perfect- close to major attractions yet tucked away in a quiet spot, making it ideal for both sightseeing and relaxation. Overall the experience was flawless and I'm looking forward to coming back!

We stayed at Elsiyan Hotel for 2 days and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was very good, and the location is also quite convenient. All the staff members were polite and helpful. A special mention to Mr. Santosh at the front desk - he was extremely courteous and supportive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!

I recently visited this property and while the overall experience was decent, I am extremely disappointed with the rude and unprofessional behavior of the General Manager. As a guest, I expect basic courtesy and respect, but the GM was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. This kind of attitude leaves a very bad impression and ruins the entire experience. I strongly request the management to look into this matter seriously and consider replacing the current General Manager with someone who values guest relations. On a positive note, the rest of the staff--especially at the reception and restaurant--were polite, helpful, and professional. They deserve appreciation for their service.

We had a very amazing stay at the Elysian. The main advantage of this hotel is the location - it's centrally located from everything be it airport, railway station or other attractions. The rooms were a bit small as opposed to what photos were posted but had all the necessary amenities like mini fridge, hair dryer, and other facilities. Rooms were cozy. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ahmedabad and looking for a budget yet relaxing stay in the middle of the city.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is prime, making it easy to explore the city. Despite requesting an early check-in at the last moment, they accommodated it without any extra charges, which was truly appreciated. The service was exceptionally quick--whether it was a Wi-Fi request or housekeeping, the response time was impressive. What stood out the most was the warmth of the staff. I accidentally broke a water glass, but they handled it with a smile and didn't charge me, which speaks volumes about their hospitality. Even after check-out, they provided a safe place to store my bags until my flight and were always helpful with travel guidance. Though the hotel room is compact, it maintains high standards, offering all the necessary amenities of star hotel. Overall, a fantastic experience with great hospitality--I would highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again in the future!

I had a very unpleasant experience at Elysian Residency due to the extremely rude and unprofessional behavior of the General Manager. As a guest, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect, but the GM's attitude was completely unacceptable and left a bad impression. I sincerely request the higher management to take this matter seriously and change the current General Manager as soon as possible. Such behavior is not fitting for someone in a position of authority and directly impacts the guest experience in a negative way. That being said, I want to appreciate the rest of the staff--especially the team at the reception and in the restaurant--for their polite, welcoming, and professional behavior.
