Hotel Carrefour

Best hotel you can get for the price it's clean decent staff and tasty breakfast! Location is good. It far from all. City sights . I stayed here for over a week a few years back and it's really good decent size rooms and friendly staff . Really clean !

We asked if we can get breakfast at 7 am, on which helpdesk/reception person said, it will start at 7.30, basic tea/coffe bread will be there...aur kuch nahi milega....Ryde enough to say that isaae jyada kuch nahi ho Sakata. Similar experience in other hotel, so very low on hospitality. 2) asked for washroom hot water, no one cane for 10 min, and after person came said, try after 10 min and then call. Not happy, no solutions, customer centric answers.

Hotel is really v.good, rooms are spacious,service is good,it has the best breakfast with many options so highly suggest to book for room with breakfast. The staff at desk could be friendly, agree as one more review says no smile/no connection from main desk staff, it feels they are doing favor on us. Also restaurant space at breakfast area is less which could be increased as many vry waiting in the morning due to smaller space.

One of the best budget hotels that I've ever stayed at. The service is excellent. Breakfast is great.

Everything this here was good except the reception of guests. They saw us out from the cab but dint come to carry bags. We reached 3 hours before check-in time as trains don't work as per check ins but the waiting lobby was very uncomfortable. The receptionists had no smile on their face nor tried to make my parents (senior citizens) feel comfortable while waiting. Dint offer to have breakfast while waiting. They just made us feel bad for turning in early. Rest of the staff were excellent though and their food was awesome. Our stay was pleasant though only negative was that the bathrooms were slippery as the cleaning was not done properly. But 24 hrs hot water, spacious rooms, good food and well trained staff (except our reception and receptionists) were awesome and i would recommend others who want to live close to the station and major attractions

I had one of the worst experiences at Carrefour Hotel Ahmedabad, and I would strongly advise against staying here. The staff was incredibly arrogant and lacked basic courtesy, making the stay unpleasant from the start. Diu holidays booked this hotel for me. The hotel ambiance was far from welcoming - it felt unkempt and poorly maintained. The rooms were dirty, with visible dust and grime, showing a clear lack of attention to cleanliness. To make matters worse, the hotel didn't even provide basic amenities like a comb, shaving kit, or decent toiletries. This is the bare minimum one expects from a hotel, but even that was missing here. It's shocking how such a place calls itself a "hotel." Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. There are far better options for the same price.

Had a wonderful stay during my business visit. Decent hotel, excellent location can visit other places quite easily, rooms need to be freshened but priced reasonably. Had breakfast, variety of items and taste was ok. Internet is fast, service needs improvement but overall looks good but need to tidy up regularly, will visit for sure next time during business visit.
