I went to this hotal, i did not find the room worth the price, the room was not cleaned & the room service were very poor, when i told this to the hotal manager he ingnored me .......... What I'm saying is that when we are paying money then the hotal service should be good

1000 rs for 3 hours at a very high price. All the rooms are looking at this photo No service, ac water leakage, bathroom not clear, very cheapest hotel Rating to third class

This is an Oyo hotel in Ahmedabad. ||||* Location - On a busy road, on the 3rd floor of an old, rickety complex.||* Hospitality - People are good, helpful.||* Room - As soon as you enter the room, you can smell the dampness on the walls. Rooms are small & have all amenities. The blanket was very thin and only for 1 person. Some parts of the room needed dusting.||* Washroom - On the first look, washroom looked nice and clean. However, the toilet flush was unable to flush away the waste. The shower knob was very tight and rusty, it took a lot of effort to switch from cold to hot. Also, the water temperature could not be adjusted with the knob. It was either hot as hell or cold. Hooks for hanging the towel and garments were right above the toilet seat!||* WiFi - The wifi never worked.||* Food - Only ordered the complimentary breakfast. They had no options in breakfast. The only available option was Poha with tea.

Very neat and clean place, location is easily found, 10 min from railway station, room are neat and clean, staff is very polite and helping, you can also find lots of eating option around the hotel like fast food, south indian, proper restaurant for meal, etc.., so overall it was a good place to visit.

1.Took the whole payment upon arrival.||2. Room wasn't ready despite prior intimation. Had to wait 15 minutes in a different room.||3. No in house restaurants. Had to order food from outside.||4. Blankets and pillow cover were dirty and torn. Blanket was very smartly folded. When I opened it late at night. There was a big fresh stain of food on it probably made by previous occupant. (Have taken pics of the same)||5. As I had a exam I asked if the breakfast will be ready by 7.15?(because I had to leave at 7.40 a.m) To which he bluntly refused and said that it will only be available after 9.00.||5. In the morning. Reception asked for the key and refused to budge despite of the fact that my luggage was still there in the room. He also very rudely pressurised to checkout the room at at exact 11.00 am even though my exam was from 9 to 11. He said that will only give 10 minutes extra and I should rather keep my belongings outside at 7.30 only(the time I was leaving for exam)||6. When I arrived(precisely at 11.05 a.m.) as I was packing my stuff I was again very rudely asked within 15 minutes to leave the room saying - "aapka time ho gaya ab aap niklo" i.e. "leave immediately "

The staff is ill-mannered. They don't have manners and ethics. One of the incident I would like to share, I was chilling with my friends in the hotel, one of the staff members without knocking the door entered my room. First time when this incident took place I ignored. But when he did the same thing again, of entering the room without knocking or taking my permission I told him not to come without knocking the door... He wasn't even sorry for his behaviour.

Worst hotel ever. I booked the room though OYO. The only time i heard the phrase "OYO doesn't pay us much to provide you parathas and/or a proper gujrati breakfast" Unwillingness to assist was too evident that the whole customer service aspect went for a toss. They had some kind of policy against toilet papers too. PS: If you send the room service guys to fetch breakfast from the market and hand them over 200-300 bucks, don't expect the leftover change to be returned unless you specifically ask for it. Yupp, definitely one of the worst experience ever!!!!!!!
