Hotel Accolade

Our stay at Hotel Accolade had its ups and downs. The rooms were very neat and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. However, our experience was disrupted by construction work happening right in front of our room, which came with constant noise that was hard to ignore. The staff was helpful and polite, always ready to assist with queries, which added a positive touch to the stay. On the other hand, the restaurant service was disappointing, as the staff appeared quite lazy and slow in responding to orders. The location of the hotel is a plus, making it convenient for travelers. Overall: A decent option if you're looking for clean rooms and a good location, but the ongoing construction and sluggish restaurant service might affect your experience.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by the well-appointed room, which was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day of exploring. Excellent

I stayed there with family for one night. Room was smelling very bad. May be smell of old furniture or leather something. Bathroom very small. Morning breakfast was good and full of verity.

We visited Hotel Accolade for dinner and opted for their buffet. Unfortunately, they didn't serve macaroni that night because their oven had broken down, so they offered a white sauce pasta instead. Sadly, the pasta was tasteless. On the brighter side, some buffet items like the kebabs, chaat, and soup were delicious. However, I wasn't very impressed with the main course. The dessert was just ice cream, which was a bit underwhelming. On a positive note, the staff was super speedy and attentive, and they also offered Jain food options, which is great for those who need it. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

The hotel room was okay. I had dum biryani, which was average. In the morning buffet, the food was not very interesting, and there were very few varieties.

The photos are exactly as what a room is. The place is really lovely. We went there for a day with family. Very clean rooms. Slight problem with the ac not being super, super cold, but that was fine, because it was cold enough. ||Very helpful staff. And I am very happy and grateful that they let me check in early. They are normally fully booked as it's not a very big hotel, so I would advise you to book early. ||The location is really nice 'cause it's about a kilometer from the law of college garden. market and street food area, and it's about a couple of kilometers from the riverfront. Sabarmati Ashram is about 6 kilometers away, I think. So it's really well located, and it's got all the main joints with an easy reach. The only thing to be aware of is there is a train line that runs close to the hotel, and there might be some noise from the train, though it didn't really bother us, but it may bother some lights sleepers.||They serve good vegetarian breakfast and I would advise you to get that included in your room tariff, if possible. They are quite flexible with whether you eat it at check in or check out, depending on your timings.

The rooms were neat and tidy. The hospitality offered right from reception to check out has to be appreciated. The complimentary breakfast offered was not for name sake, had variety of options to choose. Accolade is more than 2-stared Hotel!

Decent rooms, rather small. We had put an extra bed for kids, and there was not much room to move around. However, service was good. Breakfast spread could be better. Location is nice, very near to Law Market.
