Holiday Inn Express Ahmedabad Prahlad Nagar, an IHG Hotel

I booked the hotel for 5,946 including GST. With this budget, there are many better options available in Ahmedabad. I chose this hotel mainly because of its good location. I rated it 5 out of 10 because the rooms, shower area, and washroom were very small. They did not provide basic amenities like a comb, hair dryer, or body lotion. The towels were not clean, and the food was also not up to the mark. On the positive side, the room and bed were clean, and they maintained good hygiene.

Things I absolutely loved: 1. Staff 2. Cleanliness 3. Prompt service I liked the behaviour and attitude of the staff. Few names to mention - Kaushal, Swati, Moorthi, Sudhalisa (hope I am spelling it correctly), Nikita, Jyoti and Dharmendra. Would love if the Sr. Management can share my appreciation directly with them. Things I didn't like: 1. Room size 2. Washroom and bathroom size Food could have been good.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn Express Ahmedabad had its highs and lows. On the positive side, the customer service was exceptional--the staff was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The food was also a highlight, with a great variety and delicious flavors that exceeded my expectations. However, the cleanliness of the room and common areas could have been better. While it wasn't terrible, it didn't quite meet the standards I expected from the chain. Overall, the excellent service and dining experience made up for the shortcomings, but I hope the cleanliness aspect is improved in the future.

It was my business visit after a gap of 02 years in Ahmedabad Holiday Inn Express and glad to receive a welcome call from Ms.Chanchal from front desk and her polite attitude made my day!!Upon arrival check in was done by her very quickly.02Nts stay was very quick but memorable one as room house keeping was upto the mark and even received a welcome message from GM Ms.Raval was cherry on the top.!! glad to meet Mr.Rupam after a long time and was happy that he recognized me after a gap of 03 years.Ms.Nikita from restaurant was also prompt to understand the requirements and fulfilled the same. Check out was very smooth as Ms.Akanksha & Mr.Sunny were really very helpful. over all a wonderful stay and looking forward to come down again soon.!!

I have been staying at Holiday Inn Express, Prahalad Nagar, Ahmedabad and it has always been a great experience. The location is superb, the care taken by the staff is always excellent, and they are very cooperative - it is a complete value for money. Also, i get recognized as a Platinum Member. I would always go back to this property whenever i am visiting Ahmedabad. I would also like to mention about one staff in particular - Aakansha at the front desk - very caring indeed.

The room was immaculately clean, with fresh linens and towels, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the room throughout my stay. I was also impressed with the room's amenities, including the flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay were evident in every aspect of the room. Good healthy breakfast options in morning. The room exceeded my expectations in every way, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Express Ahmedabad Prahlad Nagar during short trip, and it checked most boxes for a short stay. The location is prime--surrounded by cafes, eateries, and quick access to main roads. The rooms are compact but clean and functional. Breakfast was decent with a good mix of Indian and continental options. Big plus: Starbucks and Barbeque Nation in the same complex. Ideal for solo travelers or business folks.

Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, which made for a comfortable stay. The customer service was excellent--staff were friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are little small after keeping 6 suitcases. While this was a drawback, the rest of the stay was pleasant.
