Ginger hotel stuffs are very remarkable, attentive and friendly to approach. They have provided their services high quality. I'm impressed with the cleanliness of this place; it sets a high standard. The room service was exceptionally prompt and friendly, made my stay even more enjoyable. The meals here are always a culinary delight. I appreciate the variety and quality offered. Hotel staff's professionalism is commendable and they make sure that every guest feel important.

The Ginger RTO circle is actually situated from level 11 and above in the RTO office building. So for someone new to the city it becomes a bit confusing. You get the RTO test centre for view. That sorted rooms are basic, neat, clean and well equipped to meet your basic needs. The breakfast was very tasty and had a decent spread. The staff, especially Anushka was very courteous and helpful. Had to make another booking and she ensured seamless use of the room for the two days. Housekeeping staff was also very helpful and prompt. The other positive bit is the 9:00 to 5:00 booking available if you are transiting and need to freshen up. Overall a good stay at a great value

After a long time I got some knowledgeable person in your front desk. Mr. Abhishek knew the guest exact requirements and he fulfilled it effortlessly. Mr. Arindam is very well trained well mannered restaurant staff. He is too good to talk and he give his 100% to make all guest happy. Mr. Samiran is very good trained staff know what guest requires and full fill everyone's need. ||Because of these three people my stay here was very easy.||The rest of the staff needs proper training because of their limitation of knowledge or how to behave with guests, and how to do work fast and proper. Req proper cleaning in rooms specially bathrooms and req proper bathing towels.||Overall good experience.

I stay at ginger rto the hotel is very good and good location. F&b staff is very help helpfull. I stay at two days my plan is map plan buffet dinner is good. Specially thanks Mr. Arindam mr.smiran ms. Pushpa Mr. Arijit. Her behavior are very good. And I am satisfied. Thank you.

I recently stayed at Ginger Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The staff was very polite, especially during breakfast, and the cleanliness of the room was excellent. They were very attentive to cleanliness, like changing the bedsheets daily, which I really appreciated. However, I did face a few issues. The room temperature was quite hot from 11 AM to around 4 PM, making it uncomfortable. Despite requesting a room change, my request was not accommodated. I even mentioned that it was okay to switch from a deluxe room to a regular room if that would help, but it wasn't addressed. Additionally, the faucet, especially the hand pipe near the toilet, had an extremely strong jet, making it painful to use. I requested a change for this as well, but it wasn't addressed. Moreover, there was a bad smell coming from the manhole in the wet area near the washbasin, which was very unpleasant. Overall, while I appreciated the service and cleanliness, I hope the hotel can address these issues in the future.

Starting with the food, the food was amazingly delicious. The vegetable fried rice well really tasty . And the Lassi was so sweet and lovely I really liked that. Aur a great tribute to "Pushpa Gadri", thank you so much. She is so professional have a very good behaviour and serves the customer with full efforts. Thank You Miss Pushpa and Ginger for this beautiful experience. Moreon please ask the other's ( Arijit ) to behave like professional and polite instead of murmering and calling the customer with prefix like 'iska', 'uska' on back of customer. It's very unprofessional. Higher the position they have higher the misbehavior quality the possess. They seems may seem to be professional but they are far from it due to their behaviour. Please look into this.
