Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay very pleasant. The location was convenient, and the amenities were excellent. Mr. Ranit was exceptionally helpful--his warm hospitality and prompt service truly stood out. He went out of his way to ensure that everything was perfect during my visit. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and looking for a stress-free, enjoyable stay.

Given that the address for this establishment reads "near Ellis Bridge" you would think that the view of the river front would be splendid. That is hardly the case. The rooms are clean and decent sized. The bathroom in Room 905 had a slope opposite to the ideal and that resulted in water logging inside the cubicle. The staff were very courteous and helped me with my request for early check in. Food fare was average, not up to the standards set by other Marriott Hotels. The 4 star rating is solely on account of the staff's hospitality. Very courteous and helpful.

Stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad for a day, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was clean and equipped with all the essential amenities, though the furniture and overall decor felt a bit dated, reflecting the property's aging charm. For dining, I opted for the buffet dinner, which had a decent variety, but nothing particularly stood out--the flavors were average. However, the breakfast spread was much better, offering more options and a well-managed live counter that added to the experience. Parking was convenient and hassle-free, which was a plus. While the hotel remains a good option for a comfortable stay, it could benefit from some modernization to match its otherwise warm hospitality.

I was here for 2 night and would appreciate their staff and their politeness however they offered me room 606 and the wardrobe had musty smell so they were kind enough to change to 502 , the room as was ok but near the elevator and room entrance there was strong musty smell. Their key program machine was out of order and have only one so always you needed a escort to the room with master key. Location wise it's close to airport which makes it convenient but they should fix the musty smell since it not good for customers health point of view also the bathroom had water clogging problem. I think they should do some proactive maintenance.

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. Everything was extremely clean including linens and bathrooms. The hotel provided plenty of bottled water which was included in the price of stay. The highlight was the food, the breakfast was amazing, a very good spread of Indian and continental food. There were many made to order foods like stuffed parathas, uttapam and omelet which I really enjoyed. The head chef was amazing, he made sure any questions we had regarding the food were answered. Hotel staff was extremely courteous and wanted to ensure that our stay was comfortable and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel especially for NRIs.

Housekeeping ensured that my room was spotless and well-stocked, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to accommodate dietary preferences with great hospitality specially Miss Emisaka and Miss Pooja.||What stood out the most was the attentiveness and kindness of the entire team. They made sure I felt comfortable and valued throughout my stay. Their dedication to providing top-notch service truly made my visit memorable.||I will definitely be returning!

I have enjoyed stay n in restaurant, ms.Mita has really served us n very courteous to us. Such kind of staff enhances elegance of your Hotel. In wash room liquid soap may be given for handwash n water flow is.little lover in shower. Yesterday black dal was very spicy n tasteless..usually,we enjoy food but this time it's taste is not so tasty| Today yellow dal n chicken Chettinad taste is good. Good luck
