COMFORT INN PRESIDENT

Deliberately rating this as 5* so that people looking for 5* review can read about this perthitic hotel. I am sharing my experiences point to point: 1. At the time of check-in, I was told that the room is too small for three persons, as I booked it for my family of three. Pay us 500 and we will give you a bigger room. When I asked, if the room was so small, why did you offer it for three, and the reply was, "Go and inquire with Make My Trip" 2. Food - Worst ever quality of breakfast. The staff was also so rude that when the manager asked one of them to serve tea on our table, he shouted saying that when there is self service, why do you want me to get tea. 3. Bell boy - the bell boy was more interested in getting some additional tip from us. In fact, he offered me that someone will wash the car for me. When I saw the car, I noticed that someone wiped off the dust with dry cloth and he forcefully asked me to pay Rs 100 for the same. 4. Smelly rooms - there was an odd type of smell in the room. When asked the house keeping staff, they just smiled and went away 5. Cleanliness - we requested cleaning of the room twice before we left for some work. When we came back after 3-4 hours, the room was not cleaned. They said that they forgot. 6. Linen - When the bed sheet was removed, we could notice that the bed in not cleaned in ages. In fact there were big black stains on the bed and some transparent ones, as if a child has urinated there or something else. It made it difficult for us to sleep on these beds for the second day, after seeing the condition.

Stayed here for one night.as soon as you enter instead of refreshing smell. You can smell paint really bad that turns out in headache. We entered the room and found out that washroom was not cleaned properly as we found hairs and dirt. Later we found out that USB wall mounted charger is also not working. When you flush toilet, water was leaking.Towels were okay okay in condition with small holes.breakfast was good no complaints for that.overall for the money we paid for one night roughly 6000Rs not worth it.

Visited this hotel & stayed of one day with Family. Great value for money at good location in Ahmedabad City. Room sizes are just sufficient. Shopping place is nearby. Breakfast is good. Overall good experience.

Not recommended,sr. Staffs were rude while asking for service, this hotel is not good as much we need in this scenario where every hotels provide better services to customers.

Rooms are good but once you enter u get some old wood smell which may disturb initially but overall experience was good.. Breakfast is nice.. service is good.

Had booked two rooms in this hotel. 2nd May 2024 check in and 3rd May checkout. Due to some emergency the trip had to be cancelled. Requested the hotel and MMT to cancel the reservation but the sad part is though we were cancelling well in advance they refused for a refund. It seems this hotel does not have a cancellation policy. Terrible! The hotel staff was extremely rude and did not have any ethics to talk
