Completely unhigenic and budbugs all around the bed n bite all across the night can't sleep property

Won't even give a star to this hotel Firstly, the owner is so rude Doesn't know how to talk to customers.secondly, they doesn't care about people Only thing they care abt their sleep We reached the hotel at 2:30 am in the night,booked from oyo the room was prepaid He said he don't have rooms. He said I can provide u room only when u vl cancel the room from oyo.. Moreover, the hygiene was so bad There was no water coming from the washroom. Simply we came from the long journey n we were not treated properly by the hotel owner itself Would highly recommend not to book this hotel .

when i went that hotel they declined to give us checking because i book from oyo and they said we cannot give you at price of oyo after that they start pitching their own rate but that was more high rather then oyo and staff was manipulating

0 star is also more for this hotel. It is actually a FRAUD Hotel. Please do not book this hotel from any app. I booked it from goibibo and at the time of check-in they will say your booking is canceled/shifted to another hotel. Then they will tell you to call OYO customer care, they will not find your booking and put your call on hold forever and will not connect again. Then you have to call goibibo customer care and they will cancel the booking and initiate refund if you have already paid.

I have booked this hotel thrice. And each time I faced an issue. Issues such as:
- Sometimes they ask for extra amount if a guest comes to meet you for longer period of time.(4 hours)
- Out of my 3 booking, they have stopped me twice for check in. And that is because of low tarrif issues. So, please do not book this hotel if you are paying below 900rs otherwise be ready for struggle for around 1 to 2 hours during the time of check in. You may require to call customer care and wait for hours for all the correction process.
- The reception team/person are good in talks but not in services. They are just not very helpful when their clients just like we people come a cross with low tarrif issue and other things.
- Few times I also experienced rude behavior from these reception team/person.
What I recommend to the travellers:
- book this hotel if it costs you above 900rs. Otherwise you will surely come a cross with many issues during the time of check-in.
What I recommend to the Hotel manager:
- If your charges are higher than 900rs then why are you posting your hotel for under 900rs in oyo hotel list and ask the clients for extra amount when they does check-in. It looks like you are cheating with customers and misusing the oyo booking services.

Never book on OYO, this hotel receptionist denied to give room to us even though We were having Confirmation mail from OYO. While I called OYO customer care they also did not respond properly and then I booked new hotel from Makemytrip App. Worst ever experience i faced.

Alert - Zero ratings for this hotel, kindly do not visit, as oyo rooms will confirm your booking but after reaching the property the manager will tell you that there are no rooms available and they will bluff you, do not make the payment before check in as the property manager will intentionally be making some reasons to make you cancel the booking and oyo rooms will not initiate your refund. OYO ROOMS customer service is also so much concentrated towards their partner hotels as they cant even understand their customers and listen to them. ITS A REQUEST GUYS DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY EVER

As usual oyo sucks. They denied check in after booking the room. Hotel manager is seriously rude and ill mannered. Do not go to this hotel please. Wonder how come they have 4+ star rating. Very shady and mis-managed hotel.
