The hotel is no more associated with the name. It has been leased out to another hotel mgmt. company. Any bookings done over websites like Booking.com or Agoda will be invalid. These folks are doing booking fraud where they say the previous booking is invalid and ask for higher amount to be paid to get a room. I was lucky that escalating this to Oyo helped me shift my booking. Would not recommend anyone to book here

"I want to leave a review for a bad hotel, stating that they misused my documents and entered my room without my permission in my absence. You cannot misuse anyone's documents like this. Because of your actions, I had to go through a lot of trouble. I request all future guests to never stay in such a hotel. People like this should be reported to the police."
Never in my entire life have I seen a hotel staff so rude than theirs. I've had to change 2 rooms to get accommodated in a liveable/hygienic room. I wanted to extend the booking via OYO but they were so brazen to tell me that they'll not accept online booking and I'll have to make the payment offline(without the offers and discount offered by OYO). How I wish there was an option to give 0 stars to someone.
Day light robbery by team OYO Hotel orchid collects 1500/- for delux room and OYO app shows the price as 850/- Once you book the room via OYO app and reach the hotel. Manager says we are not running a pilgrimage centre/room. Or you can call OYO support team and cancel the room (or) ask for refund. When I called OYO support team shall keep on repeating the recorded message "your queue number is about to reach our customer care executive please be on-line". It just keeps on repeated and no executive will be connected for atleast 30min. Manager charged me the remaining amount of 650/- and alloted the room. As I was on emergency job & unable to move to other location, I paid the balance and got my room. Same happened with other customers who reached there with me. They too frustrated with OYO support team and cancelled room. What a shame OYO!!!!! Fix the price which is feasible and workable between you and Hotel management team. Customer then can select according to his budget. Once you reach the location and keep on arguing with hotel team wouldn't be nice.
Booked through oyo and got the shock of my life as there are not accepting the guest if you have paid onlie the staff was very rude not welcoming at all. Simply told you cancel the oyo Booking and take the room what ever is available at that time now fighting with oyo to get refund back.
The pictures are a GROSS MISREPRESENTATION of the actual property. We booked it through OYO and it seemed to be a new property since it had no reviews. BIG MISTAKE. This is a VERY OLD property that OYO has probably taken over, but it is in a horrible state and completely u maintained. This is a classic case of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The rooms did not match the pictures one bit as you can see from the pictures i have uploaded. It was the most horrendous experience, from entering the hotel right upto the exit. The room (we had booked a DELUXE Room, which was the highest category available) was extremely shabby and worn down, the tv did not work as it had no set top box attached to it, and when after 4 hours of lying by the hotel they finally did attach it, the tv was incapable of even showing a proper picture on it. The bathroom taps and floor were extremely worn down, one tap was full of fungus. Bulbs were hanging freely in sockets where lamps used to be probably, the pillows were badly stained, even the windows were stained. The WIFI did not work, the ac remote was hanging freely through the ceiling. The food was recooked food which was burnt and bad. The restaurant was not operational even though the pictures show otherwise. When we complained to oyo, they took 30 hours to respond. When we comlained to the hotel reception we were told that they will arrange a new room for us (around 12 pm) and that it was being cleaned. By 2 30 pm when I asked the reception about the same, he said it's still being cleaned. A hotel taking more than 2 hours to clean a room? That's a first i've ever heard. Finally enter the 'manager' of the hotel and after hearing our complaint, he told asked us 'WHAT DID WE EXPECT IN THE AMOUNT WE PAID'. I believe we all expect the same thing, give us what you promise, or atleast somewhere near to it? This was the FIRST TIME (and hopefully the last) I have seen such a stark difference in the posted pictures and the real thing. Finally we were told by the 'manager' (he seemed more like an uneducated busboy) to take our money back from OYO and find another hotel in the same price, to which we happily obliged as we didn't know we could do that after paying for three nights, but luckily got refunded our entire amount by OYO as they themselves were shocked looking at the pictures. Ended getting up a MUCH BETTER ROOM at a much better price but will never forget the nightmare that this hotel was. BTW, It used to be called CAMBAY SAPHHIRE before it turned into this s**thole. P.S. - Watch out for random couples walking in n out of this 'love hotel' (we were very sure after a few hours) for some extra fun. Families, BEWARE.
Not so professional staff, not well maintained infrastructure, expensive food with cheap quality even worst than street food. Now coming to the rooms Strain on walls,bed, bedsheets, mattress & pillows even they don't wash after a checkout . As per my view They are not used to cleaning, probably they clean each room after a period of one month if you check in as a two guest you'll find 7 to 8 crockroches accompanying you. They provide a single sachet of shampoo for a stay of 2 day and above even they Provide 2 rupee soap For the same duration. If you are thinking about this hotel to be booked you have many choices rather than this at very low cost. Now coming towards the location you have a great view from balcony or window at 7 am when you open the curtains you'll find out 9 to 10 beggars are sleeping over the railway track and having bath In An open area. Now vibes about the room Is very off due to lightings which is very lowabd it makes you depressed ,switch boards are broken ,switches are broken and lamp is broken and a spider living with thier family by building a nest on the every corner of the room. In the end it feels like you're living in the Shahara dessert with sanddunes in your room. If you want more details about my experience ask me in the comment. I feel envy to answer this!!
Very very poor hotel. I have gone with my family n we had a very bad experience. We booked this hotel from agoda. But when we reached the hotel, they said no room is booked. And if we want room we have to paid 1400 rs again. As we have already paid it from agoda. We should our booking confirmation to the hotel. But they were not ready to accept it.
