Our three visits to Nami Hotel with different groups have been absolutely delightful, thanks to the impeccable arrangements made by Mr. Rahul Solanki, who ensured everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. His dedication and attention to detail made our stay smooth and enjoyable every single time. Mr. Hitesh handled room allocations seamlessly, ensuring everyone was comfortably accommodated, while Mr. Narendra managed the overall accommodation with efficiency and precision. Their coordination truly made a difference in our experience. In the F&B department, Chef Bimlesh Sharma demonstrated exceptional culinary skills. His dishes were not only delicious but reached the next level of excellence. Every special request or suggestion I made was incorporated into the buffet with perfection.Chef Nathusingh was incredibly cooperative and ensured smooth lunch timings and overall management. His willingness to adjust and provide the best service is truly commendable.A heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Govind ji, who prepared the most delightful Mohan Thal--even at the last minute, he graciously fulfilled our request, showcasing his kindness and dedication.Captain Om was consistently helpful and cooperative, enhancing our experience with his prompt assistance. The reception staff,was attentive and ensured all our needs were met with warmth and professionalism.The rooms were cozy, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a perfect environment for relaxation. The service was exceptional, leaving us thoroughly impressed each time. Special thanks to the entire team, especially Mr. Rahul Solanki, for making our stays at Nami Hotel truly memorable. I highly recommend Nami Hotel for its outstanding hospitality, mouth-watering cuisine, and impeccable service. Looking forward to visiting again!

This was a family vacation I travelled with kiddos to Ind for a week, whereby I lived here for almost close a week. The staff are very friendly, clean rooms, good service, however atimes they accommodate school children almost over 100 of them, who get too noisy.. knock the door early in the morning and take off, lifts gets too occupied due to the numerous kids. Should consider the privacy of other guests as opposed to letting many on board. Other than this, delicious food, slightly pricy but worth the quality of food.

Old but nice clean hotel. Helpful staff and good service. Superb food in restaurant. Would highly recommend for both business and leisure.

We were so excited for the coldplay concert so we book this hotel 2months prior to the concert. 2 standard rooms for 4 people paid it in full. Day came to take our flights to Ahmedabad from Guwahati which is 3 hours away from our home town. They sent us an email saying they have cancelled our booking on the night we were arriving. We had to call this hotel rebook it which they charge us 3 times the rate and just 1 room. Did we feel cheated? definitely. Were we scammed yes blindly. |When we got to the hotel they asked us to pay in full for the 3 days that we booked up front. Most unfriendly bunch of money grabbing monkeys. |Should they ever host another concert this big? Definitely not if they view tourists just as cash cows. |NEVER book this hotel it was dirty and horrible small rooms. Very unfriendly and they looked annoyed when we asked them any questions.|Don't recommend this place at all.

Hotel Review - October 2024 Stay (3,500 per night) Ok for budgeted stay for a day or two. Restaurant doesn't serve food after 11PM. 1 half lit bottles for complimentary. Location is good, close to the tourist attractions. Helpful staff allow 4 Family members in one room with extra mattress. My recent stay at this hotel was somewhat disappointing. The property is quite old and clearly in need of significant repairs. While the staff was courteous and visibly doing their best to maintain the place through regular cleaning, it is evident that the hotel has not been professionally maintained for some time. The bathroom was functional and met my basic needs, but it too required a deep, thorough cleaning. The condition of the common areas, particularly the lift and the chairs, left much to be desired. The cushions and their covers were very worn out and clearly overdue for replacement. Specially in reception area. Overall, despite the staff's efforts, the hotel feels rundown, and a deep clean along with updates to furniture and amenities is urgently needed. For 3,500 per night, I expected better upkeep and a more comfortable environment.

Cant give 0 star so Giving 1 star as they canceled my booking because they were getting more money from different customer. So please dont trust them as they can cancel your bookings as they feel right. Also many people were complaining for the same at my dates of booking. They were charging 15k for rooms which they booked for 3k - 4k. Not worth for even 2k price per room.

I had the most amazing experience hosting my wedding at HOTEL NAMI RESIDENCY in December 2024. We held all our functions there, and the hotel management took care of every detail with exceptional professionalism. We booked 18 rooms for 2.5 days, and everything was perfectly organized and budget friendly. The food quality was outstanding, and all our guests were very impressed. The team at the hotel went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, making our big day even more special. I highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding or any event. You won't be disappointed! Special mention to manager NARENDRA SONI for taking care of everything...

We stayed in the Presidential Suite and the bathroom and couches were dirty and worn down. They made us pay the full dinner price for warm milk for our baby, and the restaurant had limited food options. Be aware that there is a lot of traffic noise from the streets outside that carries into the rooms. We were on the 8th floor and still heard it all. The staff were kind though and let us leave our luggage in storage on our last day since we had a late flight out.
