Good Hotel ! Near by River Front walking about 12min, Newly constructed rooms at top 4 floor are pretty good and spacious. Breakfast is below average need improvement. All things not in manner as some renovation was going on even at reception area.

I have booked room on dated 19th Feb where they have allotted me room no 706 I have ordered food and some food got spread at table I have used small napkin agin mentioned small white colour towel / Napkin using in bathroom because towel was used for that they have charged me 500 rs if we go on Amzon turkish towel comes on 150 to 200 rs but they have charged me 500 rs I have requested pls do drycleaning but they have not ready to listen

The actual rooms and location is pretty convenient with some great hotels nearby however the service leaves a lot to be desired. No bathroom mat, no hair dryer, dirty towels, etc. The manager is unprofessional and not accommodating to any requests at all. Not befitting of such a good property. After going through the reviews, I see that others have faced the same issue. I wonder how good they could potentially be if the service was upto the level of infrastructure.

Amazing...best vegetarian food is available here. They served food hot and fresh. The taste is amazing. Here you will get a variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy your meal here. The staff was un-accomodating. Requested them for late check out. They refused and stated they will check with their supervisor and get back. They didnt call for around 30 minutes. When I called them back, they were not available at the reception and was answered by another staff, who again refused citing petty reasons.

Excellant services Given By Mr Miraj..... Good Job...... The staff at the restaurant are very obliging and served us what we wanted . We had buffet dinner it was very good.I rate this as a 5 star .
