The worst room I've ever stayed in. I held my wedding here, and the venue nearly ruined the event. The service was non-existent, the rooms were filthy, and the furniture was broken. There was no maintenance whatsoever. The lack of Wi-Fi and a functional TV added to the frustration. To make matters worse, they failed to disclose important information upfront. Save your money--this place is nothing but a scam.

Arya Grand Hotel offers a variety of venues for destination weddings, get-togethers, marriages, conferences, small parties, pool parties, and New Year celebrations. With around 100 air-conditioned rooms, 2-3 in-house restaurants, and comprehensive catering services, it caters to both intimate and large gatherings. The hotel features 4-5 conference halls, spacious banquet halls, a large parking lot, party plots, and a beautifully maintained garden area. Valet parking is available on request. The hotel provides both outdoor catering and indoor AC dining, including a grand dining table that can accommodate 20-30 guests--perfect for corporate events and family gatherings of 40-50 people. They customize the setup according to your requirements. We hosted a farewell party for 40 doctors here and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, the poolside ambiance was wonderful, and the service was excellent. As the night progressed, we played Bollywood and Gujarati songs and enjoyed dancing with friends and juniors. The venue also offers outdoor halogen lighting and a sound system. The pricing is reasonable and offers great value for the services provided. They are flexible with arrangements based on your needs. Thank you for the excellent hospitality and service!

They charge from customers without informing them and at the end they tell them it is a charge for usage of property after all planned discussions and budget formation. It is in the form of hidden charges and they charge it from the customer by taking deposits from them. I suggest everyone not to go for marriage planning or for any other event in these premises.

Good location.....but staff is very rude..specially manager and rooms are not well maintained....they work for money only....not for customer satisfaction......special warning for those people who book this property for wedding pls check there rooms and decoration conditions......very strictly...otherwise you guys regret on your decision.....

Rooms and staff is good. But service is really horrible. We stayed for 2 nights they did not even provide a dental kit for 2nd day. Shampoo is way more than horrible. I would not suggest anyone to use it. Restaurant closes by 10pm and opens after 8am. There is no wifi and tv doesn't work. But quality and taste of food is really good. Staff is very helping and very nice.

In all most all room there is problem of a.c. or something or the other...in banquet hall also zero coolling washroom are very bad. Manager are least concern. No one is ready to answer After taking advance.. when we tell problem manager stands like statue.

The executive room category in the new building are very bad there is rat smell and shit on the bed in the bathrooms as well as spiders on the bed and it is not at all hygenic.

The hotel is located conveniently.|The property is huge and beautiful but very poorly managed. |The rooms are big but poorly maintained. My hotel room could not be locked from inside and even the AC had no controls.|The staff is courteous but very slow. |There is no WiFi in the property.|Will not recommend.
