We recently had our reception at Platinum Banquet Hall, and I must say, everything was outstanding! From the delicious food to the impeccable hospitality and stunning decorations, every detail was taken care of perfectly. The TGB team was spot on, ensuring a delightful experience throughout the event. A special shout-out to Mr. Jacky, who managed everything so smoothly, making sure the function went off without a hitch. His prompt service and attention to all our queries made a world of difference. Highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a memorable event!

Amazing support and services provided. Very much professional in approach and customer oriented. Very much supportive throughout our event time. Clarified most of things and conditions in advance. @Jacky and other reception staff are very Co-operative and supportive for any help on real time requirement and provided best possible solutions. Overall our experience was amazing with Agrasen and enjoyed our family event fully because they were making all arrangements for us. Thank you so much once again.

The property is wonderful and Exellent". Very big and spacious well furnished rooms. Very big basement parking for more than 25 cars. Morning breakfast is super. Dinner or lunch is tasty. There is no defect except the far away location for city guests. I will Highly recommended this for marriage and reception.

booking is purely managed by TGB and they can denied you also . i have very bad experience of them for booking for wedding venue for 2026, i have discussed them several times and finally when i have confirmed the same for my date and also payment made based on details shared by them on 4 pm and by 530 pm they are saying its our mistake and its already booked. answer is very silly - its human error and assumed another date when discussing. actually what i understand that they have got another better sell opportunity and they denied my booking. totally non professional as brand TGB.

It's a foundation property and not a hotel offering rooms at reasonable rates...the rooms are quite big and spacious and clean..the room service guys will clean the room in front of you...the location is in interiors... breakfast served is good not too many options though..1st day it was ok with only 2 items, they 2nd day they had many guest and hence there were few more items.. overall we had a comfortable stay...

horrible management for their banquet booking. i have approached them for booking of my daughter's marriage in 2026 and they confirmed me the date on phone and also on personal meeting and shared me payment details also on which i have made advance payment also. than informed me that they have mistaken. very pathetic and non professional approch . when they are discussing with your for booking showing their company TGB is highly professional and even they don't prefer to meet client for repeatedly even if client has some questions. i suggest don't go here as the property is not managed by trust they have given on lease to TGB and the attitude of staff is arrogant and they can just say you that its human error we are helpless.

Location to the hotel is a very bumpy ride, staff was polite but a little unresponsive in action. The venue is good for get togethers and wedding functions.

Managed a sagai party of my niece recently here. Very well managed place with nice spacious rooms and big lobby. Very good food by TGB
