Worst and unprofessional staff and not woth for location they only enjoy the place as their own and not even entertaining customer also the Owner is not looking after that all is under this illitetrate staff who is behaving rudely, badly and not answering properly and even they look through very bad eyes on females....this is not safe for girls and also knock the door every 5 minutes to check who is inside and besides this complain not a single action taken from their side...dont ever visit such ghatiya place you will get best place in such rate or less than it but not this one..

Overall Experience : Not Satisfactory. Hospitality experience : Very bad. They don't have Edicate to deal with the customer. Not a couple friendly and family friendly hotel. Suitable for : Single Man or Male couple Not Suitable for : Husband & Wife. Room staffs/Service : They are good in nature and polite. Receptionist : Need to learn about hospitality industry. Rooms : Room is good with amenities : Phone, TV, clean Washroom, clean bedsheet and pillows, towels. Special Notes about their behaviour: They are not providing rooms to unmarried couple. But they provide room for 2 boys or 2 girls. What a high mentality. So basically if you are a straight unmarried couple, you cannot get rooms. Now, If you are a couple (Husband & wife) like me and my wife. They provided the rooms to us after checking and verifying that we are really married. After few hours one of the staff came to our room and asked me that, I have to check the doors, if they are working fine or not... I got surprised. After sometime he asked, who is staying with me, when I checked in, when I will check out and many more unwanted questions. And when I replied that go to reception and take all details than he replied ok no issue. I just came to check the door. Just imagine the situation. How unprofessional they are. So please don't stay there if you are married couple or family person. They try to harass you. I shared my experience with reception guy. He was also easy with the situation with no expression. And took all the things casually. So after sharing my concern I understood that they all are involved in it. I don't know why but they also took the thumb impression on their register. Kis era mai ji rhe hai pata nhi. They have our identity proofs, they have our phone number. Still they are taking Angutha Chaap. Disgusting. We were in odd situation due to car break down and we had no other choice so we had to book our rooms there. But I am strongly not recommending this hotel for family and married couples.

Good hotel for budget stay. Staff is very polite and helpful. You won't get breakfast/dinner here, but restaurants are near to hotel. Flexible check-in check-out time.

Good rooms with affordable rates. The service is ok and the location is also easy to find. The staff's behavior is ok.

I am happy for "Sabar Guesthouse" Service .
