OYO 6684 Hotel Park Sangam

Stop worrying about the location, i admit that it is a bit isolated, but you are completely safe here. The staff is good, the rooms are clean and nice. I have never ordered food from here because i prefer eating at local food vendors. Over all it is a great value for money. The manager Dinesh bhai is a humble and helpful person.

The staff in reception was rude, hot water wasn't available and bathroom was not well maintained. The food was decent. There were no extra sockets other than for TV and it was far away from hands' reach. They withhold your identify proof cards/ documents until the check out. We gave 3 star for the better value for money and room service.

This hotel started off very good with nice rooms all amenities and friendly staff for a very good rate.|But after the first evening the staff waant friendly anymore, the rooms didnt get cleaned for 4 days despite the request. The room service was a total desaster and the power was mostly cut. Requests and complains were handled with arrogance and ignorance. The rooms are nice and spacious but as I said didnt get cleaned while we stayed there.|There is a friendly little restaurant just around the corner though, as the roomservice decided to cancel our order without notification and anoher time delayed it for 2 hours... |So no, can't really recommend it.

I wonder how people like them are surviving in hotel industry. They have 42 rooms and 2 service boy, now u can understand the quality of service they have givn. Even their Owner who sits at reception do not know how to talk to customers. One person came to reception to complaint about non availability of water in bathroom and he simply said i will first entertain new customers and tgn listen to u. Wow. This is their hospitality. A near by hotel "Javjivan" is quite good in same price

Hotel Park Sangam was a nice hotel for stay. Rooms size is big. Clean rooms. Mats available. Oyo kit provide by hotilear. Washroom was also clean. LED TV work properly. Towel, bedsheet was also clean. Food was tasty. Just 1 thing is that.. Hotel at first floor. No lift. So , i give 4 stars.

I think OYO is doing a great job by providing uniformity in all their hotels and rooms. Regarding Park Sangam I can mention that they need to improve on their customer service they seems to be so slow, also there are no proper food options from their canteen. I experienced this twice during my stay. Hotel Cleanliness, rooms, and everything is at par. Thanks and hope throws some light.

They don't accept online booking with offer prize lower prize on oyo... They demands extra money for check in even if we have already book our room on oyo... Then what is the meaning of offer booking on oyo?.. Very disgusting and very bad service.... My recommendation: please don't waste your money on this dumb hotel...

It was pleasant stay but there was no proper room service oyo kit wasn't provide. Reception was very much aggressive to collect five star rating. He insists me to open oyo app and give 5star rating. It's shocking.
