The Fern Sattva Resort, Polo Forest

Good rooms food and location. Service is very average. The staff will do it's job but they aren't particularly helpful. We need to leave for a trek at 6 am in the morning and they don't even arrange any simple sandwiches or any other food at all since the restaurant doesn't open till 7.

This was my first visit to Fern Resort, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. The resort had frequent power outages, with lights phasing out multiple times during our stay. The air conditioning in our room was subpar, making it very uncomfortable, especially during the warmer parts of the day. What shocked us the most was being charged for baby milk (over 100 ml). I've traveled extensively and never encountered such a policy--completely unexpected and unreasonable. The service was another major letdown. It took hours for even the simplest requests to be fulfilled. If you're a Jain guest, be prepared for more inconvenience. There is no dedicated Jain buffet counter. They say they'll prepare food separately, but the wait is so long it feels like it'll never arrive. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I do not wish to return. Fern Resort seriously needs to improve its services and basic amenities before claiming to be a quality destination.

The staff is really kind and Mr. Vikash is so humble and beautiful natured person. The environment and ambience of the resort is so calm and peaceful. Services provided are so helpful. Hygiene is well maintained. Food feels so good and tasty.|Over all the experience is so beautiful.

The service was really bad and the food was even worse some items were not even edible. The breakfast and stale food were very disappointing.
