Buenas noches pues muy mal el hotel llegue 20 minutos despues de la reservacion aproximadamente a las ocho con cinco y la puerta cerrada marque a un telefono que estaba afuera y me dijeron que despues de las ocho no se aceptaban reservaciones y que cancelara la mia
