Hotel Splash Inn

We stayed at this hotel one night and had to change rooms twice due to roaches. Also, the beds were damp in the 3 rooms we have been to.

Check in is at 3 pm Check out at 12pm The pool is small but nice also you you get to use the waterpark with your hotel stay. Our room was clean and it was very nice to satyr after a day of fun in the waterpark I only had fruit at the restaurant, the lobby hat water and coffee and that was very nice! The wifi glitches so if you want to do work it's not good! But to check emails and small things it's fine we had tie ejecutiva and we liked it next time we might get a bungalow inside the water park

I reserved the villa splash and had nothing but bad experience since I checked in at 3:00pm the bbq grill was broken shower head too now the water in the pools is half the water park I give 3 starts but the rooms stay away bad experience not worth the money they charge I am not happy at all the pool was also dirty when I checked in but they cleaned it but the water in the pool draining can't even enjoy my time here update was going to shower around 8 just to find out that there's no hot water this place is a mess, needs better management didn't get anything solved today only thing they got right was them fixing the shower head but what's the point if there no hot water.. update it's 9:46 and the lodging manager isn't no where to be found was told he would be here at 9:00am to try and resolve this do not come to the hotel they don't even try to help !!!!

It was beautiful, affordable, and full of shows and excursions. We went swimming with dolphins for about 60 dollars a person in USD after the exchange. Staff was very friendly and the park was almost empty due to us going on a day when the kids should have been in school. Highly recommend this place.

Ok this is by far the worst "water park" I've ever visited in my life and I've been to a lot. There were 5 large slides (2 of which were broken--the best ones of course!) and 2 of the 3 working slides were so slow you had to push yourself the whole way down. The castle area with the smaller slides has actual 1/2 slides that are also inoperable and just end mid-air. The park is filthy. The "lazy river" is completely stagnant. There were feathers in the cloudy water. Not a tiny bit of movement. The thing we thought was the funniest was that they tried to get us to do a time share presentation as we walked in. Can you imagine??!!! Ew. Oh and keeping live animals here?? What have we done wrong that such a place exists in this world?

Very clean and spacious rooms and beds. It's a shame the water temperatures are so cold, even in the private jacuzzi, and there's no Olympic swimming pool. The service was great though.

The best water park in Mexico! Its so fun there I can swim all day! So many slides and pools to go with your family or friends. You can see shows and many more!

The toilet were clogged twice when I stay in here, the food is not recommended since it's expensive and tasteless. The beds are good, and I love the pool.
