Hotel Mexico Plaza Silao Aeropuerto

First, the hotel feels like a ghost town; there were no people like in other hotels.||The bed didn't have sheets. They moved me to another room, but it also didn't have sheets. Finally, the lady brought sheets, and I had to help put them on both beds. Additionally, the beds smelled old and were clearly not clean.|The curtain was broken, so we couldn't see outside.|The bathroom was dirty, and there was hair in the shower. Moreover, the water had a strange smell.|The room walls were dirty, the hallway was extremely dirty, and there was no light.|The internet was terrible. We traveled all the way from Guanajuato to this hotel, enduring a long road trip, and it turned out to be a nightmare.|I requested a refund, but it was denied. This place is not recommended for anyone. The price is very high for the conditions provided. I ended up staying at a nearby hotel, the Holiday Inn, which was cheaper, super clean, and had all the amenities, including clean sheets on the beds.||Unfortunately, this place is not a hotel but rather a very dirty apartment. I have proof photos.

If you're flying in on a late night flight please look no further. They're so kind and friendly they picked us up at the airport assisting my mom who requires additional help as she's in a wheelchair. The driver picked us up within minutes and everything felt great!! If you're on the fence about this one or the other near by hotel I can guarantee your experience will be much better with Plaza Mexico as they always answer the phone unlike other hotels. Also their breakfast was delicious the chilaquiles had this salsa negra that was to die for lol

Please, DONT even think about staying here! Disappointed and Not Recommended The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards rooms were dirty, and common areas seemed neglected. It was shocking to see such poor maintenance. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We decided to drive away. I have pictures and will submit this complaint to the respective area.

The stay here didn't even get close to mediocre, the location is great but honestly support a hotel that will offer free shuttle service that's safe and not try to swindle you with their questionable transportation. They use their personal cars to drive you around and make you think it's the hotel. They don't call cabs for you which is so weird. Their service is horrible, they had teenage boys that have no desire to provide any type of customer service. This hotel is just horrible. The cherry on top was the thin walls, you can hear so much noise and it made it hard to rest before my flight. There are many other hotels on the strip near the airport that will provide better service and you won't feel like they're just trying to take your money. Call ahead and confirm their shuttle services because when I arrived suddenly it was not available. Very obvious that they just wanted to get paid for the transport. Please be safe everyone.

We choose this hotel because it provided a free shuttle service to the airport, we called ahead. We arrived and the front desk staff also said it was free. Our flight wasn't until the next day and we were made aware that we would have to leave at 3:00am because at 4am-5am it was going to be busy. It is 2:20am and there is a new staff and he is now telling us that we had to pay before to use it. And to top that off we found bed bugs in the beds and the staff wanted to switch us rooms but we just wanted to leave to the airport. Julio was very rude and wasn't even trying to cooperate with us. I would not recommend booking here.

Leakage of personal information. Walls are thin. It smells like mold. The only good thing is that it is close to the airport, but there is no shuttle from the airport. I'm sorry. There's no need to tip.
