Hotel Hotsson Silao

Very Satisfied! The hotel is a good option for the price. All services you need for a short 1 or 2 day stay are available on the hotel property. Restaurants, Gym, Pool, Spa and a Coffee Shop. Great overal value!

Rooms need update , no hot water super upset that I had to take cold showers. Breakfast is not included. They need to make sure they update pool; was out of service. Much needed new work around the hotel. Ladies in the front desk was not very polite on my first stay at the hotel. I even payed Sunday but left Saturday evening I couldn't stay one more day their at the hotel.

Sadly to say , if you don't have a suit and ties they won't treat you with respect . I went to the two restaurants they have and the service was bad and the food was not the top notch , they need to hired , people willing to serve and give good customer service. If the Service is good food taste great cause you did your best . They don't have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get an order from a customer , you don't have a weeding or a freaking booked out hotel to provide service to customers

We found hair in the bathroom shower. The spa was supposed to be open until 8:30pm but was closed when we tried to use at 5pm. When we asked front desk, they said the spa staff left to work at another Hotsson. Room service phone number is not answering at 6:45pm. I called front desk, and they said they needed to call me back. It has been 30 minutes. This is not a serious hotel.

Location isn't exactly idea being on the edge of a dual carriageway so entering and exiting is always a little bit edgy. The hotel itself is immaculate and staff extremely professional. Be prepared for some unconventional breakfast items, but that's culture for you, so an open mind is definitely needed!

What a surprise! The hotel was extremely inexpensive and quite a high end and lovely experience. The pool is delightful. The staff are very helpful. Stay on the 7th floor to get the appetizers and drinks for free! Beds are comfortable. The property has a very good gym. We will definitely want to come back here.

Great hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Loved the fact that not anyone can go on an elevator to any floors, you must hold a hotel room key in order to use the elevator. Good size gym with a nice pool. Restaurant downstairs looked nice too.

Great place to stay on your Vacation trip in this new luxury Hotel. Great view of the swimming pool but so small to swim. Big selection of the morning buffet but be aware that food is not fresh taste like is been there's for days. Breakfast is not included with the stay. Not worth to purchase with the food that been cooked few days ago.
