The staff is very helpful very kind. The breakfast is very delicious. Many things many options. The rooms are clean. The pool area is beautiful. Everything's here at the hotel is number one.

The hotel food is great. You will not find food like this in any hotel in the area.. continetal breakfast is taken to a different level so yiu will no mis home. Ive been coming here for years and service has not changed . Great hotel to stay in.

This hotel might not have the upgrades of other new hotels in the area but the food has no comparison with others it's great. The staff is very welcoming . I will recommend this hotel to anyone

They offered free Suttle from the airport. It did not happen. The room has some electric outlet not working, also some lamps not working. The stars are for breakfast, were delicious, and very nutritional.

The stay was pleasant. The staff was helpful. I found the rooms to be clean and the bed easy to sleep in. Wifi speed was passable but not great. I stayed in the easy accessible room which had all the handholds and such in the bathroom. Overall a good stay.

From the friendly receptionist and helpful staff to the quiet and comfortable room, this was a wonderful and relaxing stop on my drive from Zihuatanejo to the United States. The guys at the breakfast bar were not only helpful but fun to talk with. I enjoyed practicing my Spanish with them, and I could tell they were having fun speaking some English and helping me with my Spanish. Holiday Inn should know that they are fortunate to have such great staff at this location.

I have been coming here for business off and on for the past 15 years and this past trip it is obvious that the operator of this property hasn't invested any money to update the hotel. Same old tired furnishings, no electrical outlets bedside, unless you unplug a lamp, and, this is the only IHG property that I have stayed at recently that doesn't have the body wash and shampoo containers in the shower. My next stay in this area will be elsewhere, at a newer property, to see if the experience is any better.
