Hampton Inn by Hilton Silao-Aeropuerto Bajio

My family and I stayed here for a few days while doing some traveling around Guanajuato. We researched this place before we booked and knew exactly it's location. Yes, it's in an industrial park area. We didn't mind since we had a rental car. A plus about this hotel is that it's was halfway between Leon and Guanajuato. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great and had different options everyday throughout our stay. Our room was cozy, clean and the perfect size for our family. At the last minute we requested a late check out due to our 9pm flight and they immediately accommodated. If we are ever in the area with similar plans we will definitely choose this hotel. Thank you!

Do NOT EAT HERE! Hotel itself and rooms were great. But ate at the restaurant 2 of the burgers were rotten smelled and tasted rotten, had enchiladas suizas with chicken tasted ok but next morning we had the worst food poisoning ever! Food took forever to arrive never got our drinks.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great place to stay if you are flying out next day. We needed a taxi and they called one for us. The driver turned out to be a great guy. Someone we can trust for future travel. I would stay there again.

I ordered room service, and they told me I had to go down to the lobby to pay, Not exactly what you expect when you order Room Service...

Impromptu stay here for a night. We didn't want to leave it was so comfy, relaxing and a treat to stay. Breakfast is varied - both Mexican and western foods, fresh fruit, pastries & coffee. Gym fantastic. Pool closed for refurbishment. staff were fantastic :) . Shuttle to airport and city centre was fantastic. Best pick of hotels near the airport!

This was a very clean and comfortable place to stay and very conveniently located near the airport. They offer shuttle service to the airport

Do not stay there, the area surrounding the hotel is ALL industrial cannot walk anywhere around the hotel, the food was awful served cold, the bed had bedbugs. I highly recommend you do not stay there. We had no choice, Volaris bumped us off our flight and that's where we got placed. If I would have known what I know now about the hotel, I would have chosen to sleep at the airport. The only thing good was the cold beer and the hot shower, you decide.

Very modern hotel and decor. But the sheets make me itch . It's gotta be the bleach or detergent they use. But it makes me itch. Besides that, the hotel is very nice, clean & cozy. And the fruity berry check-in drink is a very nice touch. Lobby bar w.a nice selection of mezcal and tequilas and 24 hr menu.
