I fly for an Airline and we stay here often. The food staff rooms prices location breakfast shuttle room service friendly front desk folks shopping quietness and cleanliness are awesome. You'll love this place.

Place is nice but since we got here the air conditioning was not working the hot water not working. They were able to fix rhe air but not the water. The phone was not working either making me go all the way to reception each time to get assitance. The room key card also stops working each day having to go get it activated every day to reception. I do not recommend this place for the price.

I only stayed one night but the place is clean, good service, good price and is near to the airport

Great hotel nearby the airport and surprisingly quiet. I barely heard any outside noise. Bed was extra comfy.

The location is dull, but the Japanese place across the street looks like it has great food and the rooms are really nice. Beds are firm, huge windows, cute decor, and decent water pressure. If you're here for a short time, not a fun time, come on down.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff! The rooms are large with plenty of space to put away all your items. The gym has weights, cardio and machines. Exceptionally clean. The breakfast has many delicious items including a made to order omelet. Pepe was so friendly and extremely attentive. We had coffee served immediately. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I was only a guest for a short, overnight stay as I had a plane to catch back to the U.S. early the next morning. The room was quite pleasant and well-supplied. The bed I slept in was firm and extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional and attentive. I was happy to be able to communicate with them in English. My only issues were that the traffic noise from the nearby highway was fairly loud in my room--I am a light sleeper and I could still hear some of the sound even through earplugs; and, I object to the hotel policy of supplying two small, complimentary bottles of purified water but charging 34 pesos for a third, larger bottle. Considering the luxuriousness and correspondingly high cost of the room, they could have had all three be free. Otherwise, from my limited experience, it seemed to be a very nice establishment overall.

Affordable prices. Great location. The pool has a good view. The best hotel for business trip. The buffet was $289 limited but good enough.
