Employees were great. The only problem was that our room had no working phone and our bathroom was missing a shower curtain. They did not provide a key, so we needed to be let up tomorrow room anytime we had to go in. (They did notify us at check-in about the key problem.

I am a Travel Agent that booked dIfferent groups of travelers here, due to its convenient location to the airport for their early morning flight. The 'free' airport shuttle being another feature. The clients that went to the airport on the morning on Jan 31, 2024, were asked for $200 pesos for the trip to the airport. That client knew the transfer was included, and said so, and the driver left. The clients that stayed there in March, that went to the airport in the morning on March 21, 2024, were duped by their driver, and paid $200 pesos for the 'free' transfer. Tips are obviously expected, but to have drivers tell clients the fare is $200 pesos, is unacceptable.

Having a suite while staying for an extended business trip is very nice. Friendly front desk staff and good amenities are very welcome. Only complaint is inconsistent service from housekeeping. Some days I would get two water bottles, some only one, as some none at all. Minor complaint as there is water available in the lobby.

The cleaning personal was very unatentive. They actually threw away my anti allergy soap. It was very upsetting. Specially since they went through my bags. Like if they were searching for something. I am more then unhappy with this service. I do not recommend this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE

I like the security on this location, you need to use your key to access, not only your room but elevator and garage, not typical for Mexico, however we found both rooms (our party was large) with hair in the bathroom and covers, the free breakfast it's hearty, the location it's tricky best to trust your GPS other wise you could miss it and the return takes a while

It's a new hotel so that it nice. None of the sales in any of the rooms work. The beds are very firm. The fire alarms will go off if you are cooking anything that smokes.

Helpful staff. Rooms are not so big but they are clean and nice if you are staying for work. There is no food available at walking distance except for the room service.

The Wi-Fi connection sucks, I was trying to watch a serie but it was impossible. On the other hand the installations are fine and the breakfast is really good.
