The Citadel Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Citadel Hotel. The location is just perfect, very close to the railway stattion,Goa airport and mormugao port, which made it super convinient for traveling. The rooms were clean with all the necesary amenities.The staff was helpfull. Overall, a great experience... Would definitly reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This is a average hotel, not good not bad. Lift facility available at hotel. AC available but not working in my room.

Not a best pick...not worth for this price...if you don't have better option go for it...AC not effective,doors not working properly...etc

Citadel Hotel is the oldest hotel in Vasco, boasting a prime location very near to the railway station. While its historical charm is evident, the rooms and overall structure are quite old and in need of a thorough renovation. A good revamp across the hotel would greatly enhance the guest experience. Despite these shortcomings, its convenient location remains a major plus.

I have booked one night accomodation in this hotel, rooms are big in size, no peoper maintainence, whole night didnot slept, there was no other option for me, too many Bed Bugs, uncleaned bed spread, masqitos are there in room. I strongly recommend, not to book and stay in hotel.

Would not recommend. Rooms are not on mark with the kind of charges demanded by the hotel. AC barely makes it cold enough to stay. Doors are showing age and gaps, hinges are hanging out. Furniture has termites. Plywood is pasted to hide most of the damaged stuff. Bathroom has no light. Lift seems scary and can fit only 3 person without luggage. Only thing that works well is the Wi-Fi. 20 minutes walk from the nearest beach. Several restaurants nearby that almost all have abysmal food and service.
