TELES Westend Hotel

Was there for 7 days. The rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable.The AC was good and the washroom was clean & adequate. The services of the room attendants were quite prompt & dilligent. The hotel is very centrally located, a five min walk from the Vasco rail station, bus stand & main markets. There are reasonable eating out places nearby. The owner is very courteous and looks after all the requirements earnestly. He arranged for all our sight seeing tours & got us a very decent & reliable taxi service operator. It's a great Value for Money.

Experience here is too disgusting.. There is no proper safety for couples as doors have no proper latches, doors have some holes and even blankets they give are very thin. Windows in bathrooms have door but no latch to it and its near to balcony. Our experience here was very horrible since at night someone knock door at night 1:45 am when we ask who was there no one answered n then we had ask them on call who was there they said cleaning is going on that to at midnight... Next day when we meet owner he said there was no one.. Couples have no safety there..

I had an wonderful experience staying at teles westend hotel , Savio is super helpful and he made sure the room is available for check in the morning and the room are clean and tidy. Had a great stay and thank you Savio for the hospitality provided. Most recommended stay.

DO NOT STAY !! The worst hotel I visited ever.. they are mad for earning money. First of all the rooms are available on 3 rd floor which has no lift and the building is very old so you have to cross so many steps to reach on 3rd floor. Imagine if you have huge luggage what you would do. 2nd one horrible incident happened with me that, last day of my stay I was went outside for dinner by locking the room and my wife was inside, this was due to tired and during dinner time my wife callled and said two people enter our room and one of them was the owner of hotel. I was stranger after return I asked how could you enter my room which was locked outside and I had the master key to open, then they were saying they thought the room was free so they entered. Completely mismanagement and a bad behaviour. 3rd they are not providing new water bottle, any customer left any bottle they only fill water and serving. 4th the blanket is very thin even it's not okay for 26 degree temp. Imagine this is October and a rainy season there how could manage sleep without proper blanket.

Very nice hotel! The staff were great and helpful. The room are clean and the Location is close to airport.

Super clean room well renovated, good property from low to mid range.

For the average budget it's best in vasco de Gama near the railway station. We are three people staying in a room of 3 beds with a cost of 2100 cash payment. The room is clean and has no smell. One improvement suggests an almira with lock. Thank you for your service.

Don't Stay At This Hotel, Bed with bugs, bed is not in condition, pillows not in condition, pillows with bugs, no proper room service, balcony has AC outdoors, Nothing is near to the hotel as mentioned on other apps.
