Horrible place to stay. If no other option is there can stay. Atleast they can take care of basic cleanliness. I don't know when they last cleaned the fan, maybe a year or two years back!!! The room is full of mosquitoes. Staff were not willing to provide mosquito coils. One of the rooms the window was not closing. The doors were about to fall on you. Lots of gaps in the doors. Pathetic experience The worst part is they took 3900 rupees for this room !!!

Delapidated building. Rust, mold, dirt. Only selling point is it's proximity to GOI airport. Staff was polite but these facilities would not be up to standard in any other country.

I have been charged 1900 for ac room for a night stay. The room was unhygienic, spider web hanging around with old blanket. Suggestion to hotel owner: please book a room in your city of 2000 and stay there for a night and access the gap. The customer is not papu, the customer is king. Please renovate it. Staff was polite and humble.

Located very close to Dabolim airport, Goa, this hotel provides a relatively cheap stay option for economy travellers. Rooms may appear run-down but they are clean. There is no lift, so carrying heavy luggage can be a challenge. A 24 hr Wellness pharmacy nearby is a great help. AC, free wifi, hot water, and a spacious room are definitely positives. I would take the liberty here of suggesting an early morning start for their in-house restaurant which opens at 11am.

The receptionist and hotel staff is very unsupportive. Doesn't provided the GST bill which is actually the right given by governtment of India. He is really rude and north Indian are highly recommended not to stay here as the statement of hotel staff is (North India chikk chikk bahut krte hai) they don't know how to talk to ladies used abusive language. I am highly disappointed with them.

Room was dirty, things were broken in the bathroom, bedsheet had holes in it, wifi was either turned off or too weak. The good thing is the distance from Goa international Airport, hardly 10 mins away by a vehicle.

This is an old property, which is decently priced at a prime location. They are really helpful to answer your doubts and arrange any cab service, if requested in advance. If you have a flight from Dabolim airport, this place can be a boarding hub, without any hassles. The property is neat and tidy. You can get food using Swiggy or other delivery services. There is a 24hour medical shop near by. It is on the main road, you can find the place easily.

Worst experience. When I called manager regarding booking in morning, he said yes your booking is done. I had evening flight to Goa. In late evening, after I landed, he called to inform that he has already sold that room to someone else and made various kinds of excuses. Rather, he was very rude and said "It's my hotel I can do whatever I want. I won't give you anything if you come here". Horrendous
