Hotel karma plaza

Very horrible staying experience. Please don't Book this hotel. Waste of money is there.No stairs to go to 2nd floor and Lift is very old. Not working is most of Time. NO ANY staff at reception room . Very smelly room and very bad entrance in hotel. Please don't Book this hotel, otherwise as you will throw your money in dustbin.

Room was not clean... There was no one at front desk at the time of check in... Mould in window silts.... Cob webs in the room ...dirty toilet no toilet paper... basement was flooded with water....tv was not working..worst experience with hotel and MakeMyTrip..they don't even listen to complaint ...had to leave hotel on the 2nd day though I booked in advance for 4 days...no refund was given...very bad attitude of MakeMyTrip and hotel administration.... not recommended at all....the worst hotel in Goa....

The staff member Rupak is very bad behaving and not cooperating at all. We booked and paid for three member sharing luxury suite room but they gave us two member room, during check in he said they will provide mattress but after that they strictly denied to provide any mattress and comforter. We three female had to spend night uncomfortably. Will not recommend this hotel.

No service. Located very near to Vasco station 50 meters

It's an old hotel. It was clean and comfy, but the equipment is very old. There is no WiFi. It's centrally located and not far from the airport.

Worst place to stay in vasco....given down graded room instead of booked room...after lots of call and request goibibo has intiated refund...

I had booked the hotel online, when I reached the hotel, I made my mind saying that the room is available and did not even refund.
