The Pereiras Goan Villa

The place itself is great for a stay--clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, the neighbouring room, both of their attitude was disappointing. They were rude and unwilling to cooperate, which made the experience less pleasant. If behaviness isn't a priority for you, then be prepared for some unfriendliness.

Beautiful, Simple with all modern facilities. Stayed for 3 nights, enjoyed it. Wifi, Kitchen, all other facilities were on point it made our stay easy with a Toddler. They will go extra mile to help if you have additional requests. Whenever we visit Goa we will Stay here. Thank You for making our stay comfortable and happy.

This is a beautiful homestay near Dambolim airport. The rooms are budget friendly and clean. The hostess Ms. Shalaka made our stay comfortable. She arranged the airport pick-up in late evening and warm home cooked breakfast

Nothing can describe this place you live in goa but feel like a hill station. Nighbhood is beautiful, room are well managed, The Villa feels more like a house, you can make tea also

I had a very nice stay here it was only for a short duration but worth it Ms. Shalaka arranged a cab for me also at night 3am She is a very Nice person helping with all your queries

One of the best, if not the best. It had all the amenities available for a comfortable stay. The hostess is very polite, and caters to all the needs of the guests at any hour. The property is very beautifully built, and it is kept extremely clean and tidy at all times. I would definitely recommend you to book this stay.

Best Villa to stay in South Goa. The Owner and the Hostess are very friendly. The homemade food is superb which comes for a reasonable price. You can also rent vehicles like scooty from them and also they provide airport transfers for a very good price. Rooms come with AC and High Speed free wifi. I enjoyed my stay here and I will highly recommend this place if you are tight in budget.

I have booked this place for our Goa tour and it turned out to be so beautiful and a quiet place to chill with your friends. My friends loved the villa. We were there for only 2 days but spent a good time there, the facilities were also very good. We loved our host Shalaka, she is such a sweet lady. She was very friendly to us and helped us to guide many things. Loved our stay in Pereiras Goan Villa. Will definitely recommend it to our friends and families.
