Terrible Experience - Do Not Stay Here! This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the service was terrible. The rooms were extremely untidy, not properly cleaned, and the towels were dirty. The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. They don't even have a restaurant, which was a huge inconvenience. Definitely not worth the money--avoid this place at all costs! On top of all this, the amount is non-refundable, so you're stuck with a terrible experience. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

1) They don't have a restaurant at hotel, they are providing breakfast from outsides which are very cold when receiving at room. ||I stayed 9 days at this hotel but after 1st day experience I never had the breakfast again. ||||2) They don't have laundry service at hotel, I got the outside laundry person contact from reception and when I get the cloths back from laundry my one T-shirt was missing, I complain for the same for 4-5 times but he was not picking up the call||||3) No bathroom kits available, they are giving poor quality soap and clinic plus 1Rs shampoo, not even comb or dental kit. ||||4) Lift was not working properly and door key was also not working. Everyday we have to go at reception to charge a door key. ||||5) For taking a shower there was no warm water. ||||6) They are providing only 500 Ml water bottle per day which is not sufficient at least 1 Ltr should be provided.

Worst hotel ever seen.. Very poor service.. No restaurant even if confirmed by booking platform. Not even getting tea coffee. No toiletry. No DG or emergency power service.. stayed whole night with power supply. Very poor response from hotel staff.. Don't book this hotel from any online platform..

Worst hotel I have ever visited. This hotel looks beautiful from the outside, pathetic from inside. Only plus is the location. They even do not serve drinking water. AC doesn't work properly. Fans speed controller doesn't work. No electricity backup and many more issues.

Extremely Disappointing Stay I recently stayed at The Queeny Hotel, and my experience was far from pleasant. The rooms are poorly maintained, with cockroaches present, which is unacceptable. The lighting in the rooms is dim and adds to a negative, unsettling atmosphere. Additionally, the room key cards were a constant issue. Every time we left the room, the card wouldn't work, and we had to call the staff to open the door for us. This was highly inconvenient and frustrating. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here unless the management takes serious steps to address these issues.

Pros:Good and ample parking space, location near Bits Pilani, Goa campus,Big Hotel, big rooms Cons: cafeteria shut down, Front desk has to get classes in hospitality,Rude behaviour especially one Mr. Basil, as if they are serving guests for free, rude behaviour, room boys don't take your luggage,each and every item for the room asked for and no list what all items they will give for free charge, 1 litre bottle water will be given, extra bottle Rs. 42/-, outside only Rs.20/- same bottle, cockroaches, stained bed sheets, poor room service . Checkin is 2pm not 12 pm as for so many hotels. Check out is 12 pm. Only 22 hours per day for guests. Extra hours chargeable. For late check out of 2hours ie 2pm they charge Rs. 500/-, at their mercy. We are tempted to look out for other properties next trip Don't believe in fake good reviews as they must all have been sponsored by the hotel management itself based on my recent experience

Very bad experience. Rooms are not clean. Ever time we have to ask to clean. Thy said hot water, but not worked on day 1. From other day it worked but for one room. We booked room along with breakfast but it was totally waste.. none of the dish is good. I should not say dish, it is 2 vada and 1 small masala dosa.. completely not good.. Don't even try!! Only good thing is it is near Dabolim airport.. otherwise nothing!

The rooms, balcony and washrooms need maintenance. The location is just beside a mountain so if you are good with the view part, this is the place to be. Many beaches are located nearby.
