Really enjoyed the stay. Whole BNB was well maintained cleaned and was fully loaded with all the amenities. Caretaker is very polite and very Co operative. #Must recommended.

Quiet away from noise, well maintained and equipped villa. We've had a great time here. Ram the caretaker is very approachable and is a good cook. Raj ,the host is very accommodating and helpful. This place is around 15, 20 mins drive from popular beaches in north Goa. It's recommended to have your own or a rented vehicles to move around. There are plenty of good sightseeing and food options nearby. Recommended for a quiet, relaxed getaway vacation.

This is an awesome villa . I have stayed at many villa but this was the best experience and my absolute favourite vacation ever!! The villa is very neat and clean with a neat and clean shared swimming pool . The chef bablu ji are extremely helpful and make you feel at home with tasty and variety of both south & North Indian food.The Host Hema mam are very friendly and homely she book this wonderful villa in the last minutes and made sure we have a comfortable stay. Thankyou so much mam for hosting us .

Such a bad experience honestly, the owners are extremely rude and would try to rip you off at every possible opportunity. Problems we faced: 1. After making full payment for our rooms (an entire villa for 3 nights), it showed on Agoda that we have only booked only 1 room but we had paid for 3 rooms, 3 night. When we contacted the host they told us that even though we have paid for the entire villa, if it shows 1 room on the website then they can't help it. 2. When the first issue got sorted, they asked us to pay an additional amount (10k) as security deposit which they said was mentioned on their booking site. This was not mentioned anywhere and they conveyed that they are not liable if it was not mentioned on Agoda. Moreover, they disclosed this information one day prior to checkin, we couldn't even cancel our reservation.They were not helpful, in fact discourteous. Least hospitable people, Not worth it. Never stayed in a Villa like this.

Looking for a Villa in South goa ?? I recently found Casa Merlot managed by Mangrove Stays. Though the villa is in a gated community but not much restrictions. Coming to the property it is well maintained with modern arts and the chef will surely make your day by making some delicious veg & nonveg food. Swimming pool here is commonly shared with other villa but quite huge and well maintained. Casa Merlot can be easily shared between 6-8 people and the price is well in budjet. Nice hospitality and memorable trip.

We'd booked two villas with them and both of them were very well maintained and the service was really good. The property gives you full resort vibes that you need in goa. It was an amazing experience in essence
