Beach Village Holiday Homes Goa

Had a great one week stay at the property. We were a family of 17 people here for a family function. Shobha (the caretaker) was friendly and helped us in all ways possible. The location is quiet and serene and perfect for a group stay.

Very bad experience. Worst services, Basics were missing- Stained bedsheet, worst Kitchen no space, Washroom not properly functional. Avoid visiting. Replying here cos google not giving option. Thanks Brian for your feedback on my review. But please let me put some facts straight; 1. We stayed for 7 days not 6 2. the batro situation was reported in the very first day and it got repaired on 5th day. I understand you can't take care of it in very first hr of complaint but we had to live for 5 days without functional toilet, which in my opinion is a no go for anz guest. 3. there was dirty water gushing out of bathroom shower drain, which we reported and showed to the caretaker -> and she witnessed the whole film with her eyes. 4. let me also point to the damage you are mentioning, it was a pencil/color lining by my kid on one of your bedsheet. Which in my opinion can be taken care of in one wash, and you charged us 1000 Rs for it. So yes I am not happy with that as well. But my review is NOT because you asked us to pay but the experience we had during our stay. Best

Rooms are near and clean. With clear bathroom. Service is average. Location is at peaceful place slightly inside from Main road.

Amazing experience in this place. Beautiful house and the premises are squeaky clean. The rooms are tastefully furnished giving them an old world charm and feeling at home. Ample space for parking. Caretaker is courteous and helpful. Kudos to her hard work and cleanliness. Ten minutes from Colva beach. Two families can have a calm and comfy stay in the room we were given upstairs. Highly recommended.

Nice rooms and nice location. The area is very nice and quiet. The person welcomed us very nicely and treated us like a family. Will definitely visit again if got a chance to. Great service. Only tea and food service should be provided. Otherwise all good

Lovely and calm place surrounded by trees! We were a gang of 7 ladies with 4 kids and had booked a 4BHK villa here and had a great stay but not all 4 rooms were connected. Two rooms were on the top floor with a staircase from outside and the other two were in ground floor. However, it didn't matter much but felt like 3BHK villa was much better with a beautiful sit-out with a view which was not available in 4BHK. Only concern was about the cleanliness, bathrooms and kitchen area on top floor were not too clean but it was manageable. Overall we had a pleasant stay and kids loved the place since it was spacious to run around and play. Shobha, the caretaker was a nice lady and helped us with all the items required for cooking.

Worst treatment received by granny named shobha . From start of the stay to end she's pissed off. No caretaker will treat their guests like this. The owner is so good I totally agree, i had to call the owner fr every inconvenience caused by her. Kindly address this issue

What an amazing experience to be here! We were a group of 5 girls visiting Goa for the first time. Like everyone says, we thought it would be a little unsafe for us girls to travel alone. But the moment we went to this stay, the caretaker aunty, Shobha welcomed us warmly. She made us feel at home! What else do u expect? The rooms, cleanliness...everything was just right!! And not to forget, the rents are also very affordable!
