We arrived at Vilmaris Villa with high expectations for our 5-night stay, especially since we were traveling with kids. Unfortunately, our experience so far has been disappointing. From the moment we arrived, there were issues. The refrigerator was off, and the warm beer we had paid for in advance was not chilled. It took 1-2 hours just to sort this out. However, the real nightmare began when the electricity went out at midnight. We spent 3-4 hours in the common park with our children, dealing with continuous power trips. The staff apologized and made several promises, but the next day brought more challenges. Another round of 2-hour hiccups added to the frustration. While the location has potential and the villa itself seems nice, these recurring issues have overshadowed our stay so far. We still have a few days left, and we hope things improve. But based on our first two days, it's been more of a struggle than a relaxing vacation..... That said, the property itself is quite beautiful, with a peaceful ambiance and great outdoor spaces. The villa has potential, and if the management improves these operational issues, it could be a wonderful stay. Hoping for a better experience in the remaining days!

My family and I stayed at the Vilmaris villa and it was a very wonderful experience. The villa is luxurious and has very good service. The villa has two assistants ready to help you all day and fulfill all your wishes.The food is very tasty and served very conveniently and at a time that suits you. All our requests were resolved quickly and in a friendly manner. There is a swimming pool behind the house where you can spend pleasant days. Very quiet and pleasant place for both family and smaller group travel.
