Bathrooms were modern and clean, with all basic amenities in place. Hot water and cleanliness were spot on. Facilities like Wi-Fi and parking were also satisfactory. The housekeeping was consistent and on time. The staff was polite and helpful without being overbearing. Made the stay hassle free.

Swimming pool was clean and well kept, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Appreciated the veg menu, decent variety and good taste. Service was prompt. A decent pick for vegetarians looking for a short stay.

We booked this property for 1 night stay in January. We booked 3 rooms. We wanted to check in late night & our request was accepted & we had no problems checking in. We parked our cars at the hotel parking. The breakfast was buffet service & had a variety of choices. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. The kids loved the swimming pool & were very happy they got to use the pool. Good service by all the staff & also Samiksha helped me to get my booking done smoothly. Thanks to all the staff at Casa De Patio hotel.

This hotel is excellent value for money. Conveniently located , great service and excellent breakfast . This 4 floor hotel , comes with a lift. Our room had a balcony with pretty views of the neighbourhood. We reached at 9 pm , and ordered dinner at the in-house restaurant. But the restaurant asked us to cancel the order as they were catering to the Hotel owners guests! That was the only weird part of the stay. However the reception staff allowed us to order from near by restaurant and helped with cutlery. The breakfast had decent spread and everything was fresh and tasted great . Special mention of Anand who was very courteous and ensured the stay was comfortable. Would certainly recommend for anyone looking for a stay in Porvorim area.

Highly recommend, We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a perfect central location, close to all the key attractions in Goa. The veg food here is simply outstanding; every meal was delicious, with so many options to choose from. The rooms were pristine and exceptionally clean, which made for a very comfortable stay.
