Otium Resort by the Oterra

Best resort we have ever visited. This was the second stay at the resort. The front office/ f&b service and the team is awesome. Greetings and smiles are the best thing to see & listen. The morning view of the property is great.. feels fresh. The food is excellent in taste. The tortoise at the property is best thing to watch. Loved the stay will surely book a stay again.

Beautiful resort, looks so colourful and welcoming. The room was amazingly spacious and clean. But the best part was the staff, especially the very courteous and helpful front office lady Ms. Saloni and the two gentlemen at the main entrance. They just made me feel so welcome with their warm smiles. The pool was clean, a very big plus point, and the entire resort was clean, gardens well maintained, looks straight out of a Pinterest board. I enjoyed my stay there immensely and would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Goa.

Overall it was an amazing experience. Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool is big and clean too. House keeping staff is very quick and polite. Buffet had several options, all of them were delicious. Staff in Shores restaurant is very polite, friendly and helpful specially Rosie and Satish. Will recommend the stay here for couples and families and we'll visit again soon

The hotel is excellent. We get best experience in this hotel. Its very neatly maintained and the hotel is so hygiene. The swimming pool here is very clean and well maintained. The rooms we get is the best and contain every feature we need. Visit this hotel to get the best experience.

This hotel is excellent, offering a wide range of amenities and delicious food. The staff are very professional and polite. The ambience is fantastic, and the facilities, such as the swimming pool, are well-maintained. The hotel also provides the option for poolside dinner, which is a wonderful experience.

The food was delicious and the crew treated and very well mannered. We got close to the them and get to know them better. There were 5 of them who came running when we needed something. They were shubhanu, pritam, rahul, namrata and roji. Also the room service is also the best till now.

And the restaurant 365 Shores is open 24/7. The Chef is amazing. Each meal was beautifully prepared, with an impressive variety of options that kept our guests raving. Whether it was the banquet for our functions or casual meals during our stay, the quality and taste exceeded our expectations. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The spaciousness of the rooms made it easy for us to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The highlight for us was the large, gorgeous pool. It provided the perfect spot to relax during the day and host a fun pool party with our guests. It was the ideal setting for both intimate moments and lively celebrations.
