Very nice food. Especially love their fried rice. Also fresh fish available. Ask the waiter about the days fresh catch. Tried kingfish rawa fry with some kingfish curry and rice. Chicken lollipop also has been my all time favorite just this time it was little less spicy.

Poor reception no lights in passage no swimming pool as shown in advertisement (which is pure cheating)extremely bad service rude staff pathetic bedsheet and pillows. Room service does not exist so dont expect it at all. Limited choice breakfast (only 2 items) not tasty at all. Even before you finush the breakfast they switch off the A C. Very Non friendly non cooperative not well informed staff which speaks and understands only local language. Compared to the rates no facilities, its simply a Waste of money. Only location is good rest nothing woth mentioning

I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The service was extremely unprofessional--we waited for over 45 minutes, and despite calling the waiter twice, we were repeatedly told they would come soon. Even a simple request for a bottle of water was denied, as the waiter insisted on taking it along with the order. To make matters worse, they started serving people who arrived after us while completely ignoring our table. When I approached the reception to ask why, the staff had no explanation and didn't even bother to apologize. Overall, the lack of professionalism and disregard for customers made this a frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend this place--it's a complete waste of time.

just leaving here,today...dont recommeding...overall experience is horrible..especilly in their restuarent..manger acts as a pickpoketer.charging for what we not eaten items..even if passing near by buffet table he will count it as a meal..on questining the injustice he acts as a gunda and threatend us...we prebooked here 8 rooms for 2 days on higher rate@3480/day.....in all means it was a bitter experience

Would give this restaurant 0 or negative stars. Extremely rude staff, they should learn some basic skills as to how to speak to customers. Ideally the front office staff should be fired. Said wifi is there but not working. Rooms are not very clean. Hot water was not coming. I would say avoid this hotel at all costs, it's even on the expensive side.

Used to be the best in ponda..has lost its charm.. Limited menu on offer now..

1 star for unruly resturant staff behaviour .they said they don't give plate to eat if you bring food from outside.height of mediocrity in service. If you are staying in this hotel somehow avoid communication with these people they are least bothered about hotel growth and will spoil ur mood.

Very Very Bad experience Don't tell me the breakfast time and even me late 10 minutes they. Don't give breakfast so tell me over staff duty is over please Available sufficient staff member not Good so go to other locations not this i have experience of many times stay but this one is last old Type AC only sound doing
