Hotel Menino Executive - Best Hotel in Ponda

Came here for a business trip on behalf of my company me being a food technologist I know in and out about and how fresh food is ,so we paid somewhere around 4k per night which included complimentary breakfast and dinner , we checked in at afternoon and we went for dinner at 8 35 pm as informed by the reception. To our surprise when we came for dinner which was mentioned as a buffet the staff told us that there's no buffet unless there's 200 people wow what a scam they are running and also for non veg option we have to order and pay separately for it and when we got to know about it they said they can arrange for a thali which will include all the items of buffet . The biggest disappointment is that the thali they served was stale and nothing was fresh in the potatoes were cold af the dal was cold the mixed veg curry was too stale anyone could tell that it's not fresh for paying such hefty amount and if you get this sort of service this is nothing but just getting scammed im currently staying here for 2 days and it's just day one there's again breakfast I don't how it'll be ill update after I leave also the cups provided for making tea or coffee had fungus in it which if someone didn't check could have lead to severe health issues .

We booked 3 premium rooms and stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were quite spacious and very clean. The A/C worked very well and we had hot water in the room. The staff is friendly and the onsite restaurant is quite good (serves veg only). We enjoyed the nightly buffet which although had limited options, tasted good and was worth the price paid. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the temple town of Ponda. Couple of issues noted - 1) There is no signage outside which shows where the hotel is. We had to spend some time finding it and could locate only on calling the hotel. 2) Getting hot water in the morning is an issue. You have to run the tap for 3-4 mins before the hot water starts flowing - which is a waste of lot of water. ||I would definately stay here on my next visit!

I had booked around 10 rooms and a party hall for 2 days for a significant event, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Despite the size of my booking, there were no adjustments made during the course of the stay/event. The owner is quite unapproachable (ofcourse, once the advanced payment has been made), lacking basic courtesy in interacting with a customer and to understand their issues. Additionally, the party hall had issues with dripping lights due to power cuts, which severely disrupted the live music performance I had organized, leading to a chaotic experience. However, the hotel manager was quite approachable and helpful during the course of the events. Overall, I expected better service and communication, especially for such a large booking. I hope this feedback encourages improvements for future guests.

Third class hotel. Kindly do not waste your money on this. I got struck in lift for more than 50 mins and the management was least bothered. My friends called lift toll free numner and called the technician. Fotunately he reached in 20 mins. Will surely not recommend this chawl to anyone.

I was literally served a bowl of worms when i ordered chicken stew. The worst restaurant i have ever been.. Dont even think of eating from their restaurant..

Terrible Experience I have ever had in my lifetime They are simply reheating the food giving for dinner.When we have asked for it they don't even have a answer to tell I am highly don't recommend this hotel for staying.Food is terrible of terrible !!

Hotel menino is veryyy good place & nice service ... Food taste is too good & staff is veryyy friendly with a customer ...

Cleanliness is good but the food counter staff is a weird guy . Not at all friendly
