The food is very oily not at all worth eating. Almost same gravy for every gravy item. Very long waiting time for parcel service. Price is very high compared to other hotels and food quantity and quality failure.

Very costly and tast, quality and quantity very bad .even they mention different rate on menu after billing it's different rate ..

Great food. Bad service The restaurant is home to great sea food. Especially their thali. The locals love this place. Chicken cafreal is a must to order here. All this goes downhill when u compare it to their service. They are understaffed and unable to serve patrons well. Our orders were delayed and there was an attempt to hush us up since there were others waiting. Come here when you are in excess of time. To be ovided when there is function at their party hall.

Recently visited their restaurant section for dinner. we were in A.C. section which had only 2 tables occupied and non ac just one. we placed our orders. they had limited fish availabilitym after 20mins the service waiter came and told out us particular fish is not available! we said fine.at the same time we had ordered 2 simple chicken starters (on waiters reccomendation) .that took nearly 45 mins after enquiring. what was annoying was the attitude of service waiter and captain. they had served us something like readymade hot&sour soup as schezwan chutney for chicken lollypop.when asked he came back with the same thing, and then said this is only schezwan chutney and thats what we serve here. the place has great ambience but pathetic kitchen service and i-dont-give-damn arrogant attitude by staff. we had to cancel the next orders and left the place. our starters were billed to approx 800 2 items.the adjacent table was also not happy with the service. we tipped and we left.

The experience at this place was the saddest part of my journey to Goa. The service is very poor, it took about 45 to 60 mins to get my order executed and that too partial. The waiter here forces you to buy bottled water by saying that they don't have filter for the normal water. When you ask for drinks menu you will be told the menu is not available but drinks would be served. I felt something very fishy about the place. When asked why the order is taking so long the staff gave back by and was very rude. The owner paid no heed to the concerns we were raising. My kids were starving and finally I left the place by leaving everything behind. I think the service level expectation of this hotel is of very low standard and it seems to be fine for the locals. But it becomes very tough for travellers like us to have such a low level of service and that too in a State where tourism is given the highest preference. I would suggest not to visit this place if you are expecting a good service and a courteous staff.

Food is costlier here, and quality is average and when dishes are ordered they take lot of time preparing it and serving it. place is very small .parcel service is available here. Small party hall and can hold abt 30_40 people capacity. waiters don't know English have to talk in Hindi or konkani.

They served some other variety of fish when we had ordered king fish Rava fry and when we complained to the waiters, they refused to believe us. You cannot afford to fool a Goan customer this way. We have lost faith in this place and we wouldn't like to visit again coz of this experience and their staff attitude.

We experienced very bad service from the manager. No manners and bad behavior. Stey away from bar and restaurant. No value for money. Very arrogant people.
