Villa Khatun Guest House

Me and my Partner stayed for a day ! Such a beautiful place to stay. Feels home, pretty interiors! Friendly staff and They helped us in booking a taxi to the airport. Close to nearby casinos and the famous church you see in movies !

I spent two nights at this accomodation and I couldn't have chosen any better. For the price, you get offered a lot. It has a shared kitchen/dining room/living room but everyone gets his own room. They're spacious equiped with a fan and an AC. The best quality is the host, he left check-in early and leave late, recommended me a small place close the house for a nice meal. Even the neighborhood itself is great, I wanted to stay out of the complete center so I didn't mind a 10 minute walk downtown. You get to explore a lot of nice shops, pubs and coffee places. I'd stay there again. Thank you

We had an amazing stay at Villa Khatun. The staff (particularly Shiva) were SO helpful and friendly. The accommodation is very clean and nicely decorated, kitchen area is really useful - even comes with complimentary water and tea! Shared common space as well which is very nice and, again, really nicely decorated. Location was great for us to explore Fontainhas.

The guesthouse is well located in the heart of Panaji but still away from the noise, where you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. You can just walk around and get access to cafes, bakery restaurants, bar and small shops (a pharmacy as well) and reach the centre in 20mins walk or moving around by a tuktuk or scooter. The main interest places are Maruti temple( 1.2km away), Fontainhas World Heritage Site/the Latin Quarters (500 m away), immaculate Conception church (2.5 km away) and Old Goa or Goa Velha (famous town-10 km away). WiFi covers the entire area. Rooms are well maintained and very clean, basic but comfortable with a private en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. Fans cool the space , you can enjoy a seating area inside the room. You also have a refrigerator, kettle and water heater for you convenience. You will love the colors and the style of the Villa as well and its cozy atmosphere. I will be back for sure!!!

I couldn't have asked for a better homestay. Alim is very sweet and helpful. We were 3 people sharing a room but were very comfortable as the rooms are large. Everything is clean and the helpers are the sweetest. The room also has a kettle and big cupboards. You will also find a common kitchen and area to chill so you can make your own food if you would like. The location is just 7-10 mins walking from all major places in fontainhas. And it's very economical so a perfect 10/10 for me. I'd definitely stay here again.

This is backpacker deluxe. This is not for the ones looking for 5* resort. It's situated in an UNESCO area and as such it is kind of run down but it is authentic and it isn't a facade of glass and steel. The area has beautiful villas that are over 150 years old. The rooms are lovely, kitchen, ensuite, hot and cold running water. Perfect as a base for day trips or a week holiday on a budget.

We had 3 lovely days in Panjim thanks to Siva. Highly recommended :)

The place was absolutely adorable. I felt super safe during my entire stay, which is always a huge plus for me. The owner was quite helpful .They gave me some great recommendations that helped me move around and explore the area better. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a cute and safe Airbnb with a helpful and friendly staff, this is the spot for you. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
