Treehouse Neptune, Panaji, Goa

Definitely 100% NOT a 4 star location. 3 stars would be a real stretch. The place was clean, but smelled like disinfectant. The next morning the smell of diesel fuel/black tar filled the air. The buffet breakfast was a joke so we walked out. Wifi was very hard to connect to. The room was clean. Bed comfortable except for the way too large pillows. I would not recommend Treehouse Neptune to anyone.

Ankit and team hosted us for my wedding and their hospitality was brilliant to say the least. They took utmost care with every little detail and the food was amazing. We had 2 days of great fun, comfortable rooms, neat washrooms and Great staff to make our big day very special.

If u want a stay near the casinos. Its perfect walkable distance. Location great. Staff and rooms also good, clean and decent. They also have a good restaurant above the hotel.

Must stay its good hotel for family stay. We have read many negative reviews about this hotel. And was sceptical about booking. But ended up feeling well. The food was simple and good. The staff at the reception and dining area was helpful. Overall we recommend it.

We stayed in the above property for 2 days. Location is right in the middle of business district so gets very crowded during the day. But access is really good with cabs and transport aplenty and eateries and shopping in abundance. The banquet team under Rishikesh did provide with exceptional service and deserve 5 stars. Kudos to them for their great work and service with a smile attitude throughout our stay.

Stay at Neptune Hotel was delightful. Hospitality was amazing, provided quick service, the rooms were clean, amenities provided.|Food at Poe was great !|Special mention to Ankit (Front Office Manager), he and the other staff greeted everyone and managed the guests going above and beyond and made it a memorable stay for us

It will not be an overstatement if I say that the hearts of the staff here is as fluffier as the pillows here. Be it front desk, or the servers, the chefs, or the commute, there was no stone left unturned by any single person here in our service.||Right from Simar cradling us from the airport, to Amit dealing with all the logistics, to Ankit who was always ar an arms reach, Prabhakar was just a call away, Ujjwal would sometimes even appear magically when the need be, Pooja was the sweetest presence in the mess. I am missing out on so many names for sure, but not daring to miss out on paying my warmest regards to all the people at Treehouse Neptune. ||My first time in Goa was the best time I have spent anywhere else.||Much love and regards to these lovely people.

I recently stayed at TreeHouse Neptune in Panaji and found it to be an average experience. The room itself was basic, but the housekeeping staff were very attentive and friendly, which was a positive. The air conditioning took a while to cool the room but worked fine once it got going. Hot water in the shower was reliable, so there were no complaints there. However, the hotel is definitely a 3-star property at best. There is a clear lack of attention to detail, which became apparent when I noticed a dead bird on the air conditioning unit outside. The stench filled the room, and I immediately identified the source when I stepped onto the balcony. While the front desk responded quickly and resolved the issue within minutes, this was not something I would expect to deal with at any decent hotel. On the plus side, the location is great--close to shops, nice restaurants, and within walking distance of the harbour. That convenience, however, wasn't enough to make me want to stay here again. If Hyatt had rooms available, I would have checked out the same day I arrived and stayed there. I'd also pre-paid for a taxi to the airport via the hotels website, which the front desk knew nothing about and said they didn't offer that service. I produced my booking and showed him where you could choose this service on their website. He eventually organised a taxi after calling his manager. Would I recommend TreeHouse Neptune Panaji? Personally, I would not.
